I was at this show. It was my birthday and it was fucking magical. Grunt Truck opened, then Screaming Trees, then Alice in Chains headlined. I crowd surfed for the very first song, ended up getting in front of the barricade. Later, during Alice in Chains, I snuck up onto the stage behind the speaker stack, stage left. Sat there for probably 10 minutes jamming to the show until security literally yanked me off the stage and tossed me back into the crowd. I will never forget this concert.
*Gruntruck 😊 Yeah, Man... LEGENDARY show! I was in the balcony during Gruntruck and then during the solo of Screaming Trees' 1st song, I ran to the floor...left my friend and his girlfriend upstairs...stayed there on the floor for the rest of the show. The crowd was NUTS! I was 20¾ years old...🤣
