FRESH FRUIT PIE 1:18
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water.
4 tbsps Cornstarch
1 1/2 oz jello (the flavor of the fruit you use.)
1 1/2 cups fruit
Cook 1st four ingredients for 5 min.
Cool. Pour on top of fuit in crust & Top with whipped cream. Use fruit pizza crust.
FRUIT PIZZA CRUST
3/4 cup butter
½ cup icing sugar.
1 1/4 cup flour.
Pumpkin woopie pies 3:17
Ingredients
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
11/2 cups pumpkin puree
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
1/2 tablespoon ground cloves
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
2. Combine the oil and brown sugar. Mix in the pumpkin and eggs, beating well. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Mix well.
3. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350. degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cookies cool then make sandwiches from two cookies filled woopie pie filling.
Whoopie Pie Filling
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Dash salt
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shortening
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
for the filling, in a small saucepan, combine flour and salt. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes or until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until completely cooled. In a small bowl, beat shortening, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add chilled milk mixture; beat for 7 minutes or until light and fluffy. Spread on the botton of half of the cookies; top with remaining cookies. Store in the refrigerator.

The Gluten free flour blend that we use:
3 cups brown rice flour
3 cups tapioca starch
3 cups corn starch
1 cup potato starch
3/4 cup potato flour
6 tsp xantham gum
Your filming is even better than it used to be and it's always been excellent! The scenery is so beautiful and you have captured it gloriously! I wasn’t always a fan of autumn bc it reminded me that winter was quickly approaching. I hated to see all the leaves gone and the trees looking so dead. That’s before Jesus took my depression away, though! Now, I’m good with all the seasons!
I really wish I could show you a picture of my backyard! Our trees are in the process of changing. I love the red leaves! There are a lot of reds, oranges and yellows.. and of course, brown 😂

Autumn is my favorite season too!! October has my husband's birthday, (19th) and my wedding anniversary on the 23rd. Married 23 years this year. It was the perfect time of year to get married, the trees were in full color, the air was cool and you could smell the leaves on the breeze. God gave us the most perfect day. I would love to live somewhere where it was autumn year round.

I live at the base of the Cascade moutains here in Western Washington and it was 80 plus degrees yesterday and smoky from some nearby forest fires. I miss not seeing the colors on our nearby hillsides because of the haze. I can't believe I'm looking forward to rain, but I am. Love your positve outlook and those moon pies looked amazing!

My favorite time of year! Thanks for sharing the beauty of your fields and harvest. We are actually having Fall weather in north Florida this year and I am enjoying this gift from God!
Spring and fall is my favourite seasons. I love summer except for Hurricane season. Hurricane Ian just destroyed a large area in Central Florida. Many peoplelost their lives. Thankful for the cooler weather because it pushes the storms out to sea. Enjoying the cooler weather but I dread the cold weather. What is cold to me would be delightful to you lol. Anything below 78 degrees I am wearing flannel tops and sweaters and a jacket. I love seeing snow and lived in the mountains as a young girl but I think when I see you out walking in the snow to get fresh air, how do you tolerate that cold. Lol Thank you for sharing your part of the world with me. I get to visit through your eyes.
that is sad, the lives lost and the destruction. I have always loved the cold and it's the only season where my allergies are good, it feels great. :)

The trees here, in Southeastern Ontario, have just started to change. We are going hiking in some mountains (little mountains compared to the Rockies) nearby this weekend. I love the colours and smells of Autumn, I especially love the change in the Maple trees, both the regular , and the red maple trees…Have a great weekend.

I love Autumn and my own bed. The older I get the more I appreciate my own bed and being at home with my hound kids. Love seeing Kona in your Vlogs. She's get the sweetest soul. Thank you for sharing her!! Most of the food looked good. I am not generally a fan of any frosting but if that whoopie pie had been filled with a whipped cream like filling, I would have loved them. Buttercream is just too sweet for me.
it's a type of homemade butter cream really, really sweet. I have not really liked the cookies in the past but I found that with very little icing it's not bad, plain dunked in a cup of tea even better :)
My favourite season too - colour, cooling, and cares of the Summer leaving!
