Did you try to apply thru upwork? I worked in BPO industry before and earlier this year I transitioned into a freelancer. Walang kachika and all, pede d maligo..it was huge adjustment for me as well. Pero these days, mas okay na din sa wfh kahit wlang kachika dahil sa virus.

I can't remember the exact title, but inapplyan ko no'n was for chat support healthcare account tas inofferan nga ako ng seasonal muna dahil may qualifications po ata akong hindi na-meet. But, super good na rin nya. Also, there are many companies like WNS, Teleperformance, Stellar, etc. BUT, I'm not sure po if permanent WFH, as of now mostly temporary lang talaga mga wfh jobs.

Sitel din first BPO ko. Sa techno point Pasig yung site. Saang site ka po? Okay naman Sitel. Maganda training. Kaso maliit sweldo at sobrang higpit sa attendance. Pero okay naman. Been there for 1 year and 8 months. You won't regret being there kase mataas standard sa training magiging easy peasy nalang yung next BPO.
Nakapag-apply na rin ako dyan sa Sitel ngunit hindi ako nakapasa. Yet happy pa rin kasi napaka-approachable talaga ng mga staffs nila. Nice blog and more power.
