- Second day in Oaxaca Mexico and it was a traditional Oaxacan breakfast of eggs and insect. Then it was off to try some of the different traditional Mole offered in Oaxaca and finally the CHEESIEST TACO I've ever had!

There have been two women mayors of Fresno and after seeing her gifts of working with you Mikey, she should be mayor of her town after she gets that small business owner skill set that comes from real life business management under her belt. I expect great things from that young lady in the years to come.

Dark mole - pure heaven no matter what you pour it over. Me - fresh corn tortillas, mole, chopped cilantro, and a small dollop of Crema. Nuff said.

Love your videos, Mike. I can understand your bad memories about UK, but maybe visiting other parts of the country alleviates that, and the food will be better. Well, I am from Spain myself and it would be so cool if you come to Southern Spain when Covid situation improves. Spain will treat you lovely and we have amazing and varied food. I felt that Madrid and Barcelona Markets are fine but there's a lot more to explore. :) I wish you the best, love your story times in the other channel.
