I can never thank you enough, not just for always featuring our beloved Filipino cuisine but for actually loving it!!! Sadly our food is quite underrated although it has the potential to compete with other Asian cuisines that are now popular worldwide. However, this will only happen if we become resolute in merchandising our food the same way the Japanese, Thais and Korean people do. Part of the problem why our cuisine hasn't achieved yet the recognition it deserves, is the mindset of many Filipinos whose Colonial mentally thrives until today, therefore patronises foreign cuisine more often than their own!
No way, so many other asian cuisines are better! Although I do love Adobo, Sinigang, Kare-Kare, Sisig, Kinilaw na Pusit, Bicol Express, Ginisang ampalaya, Pancit, Bulalo, Lechon, Lumpia, Kaldareta, Dinuguan, Monggo Guisado and of course BBQ sa kalsada. Hmmmm I might retract my first statement.
