The 11/12 Barca team was far superior to the 21/22 Real Madrid team, Messi got superior service, and the attack was centered around just Messi, unlike Benzema (debatable tbh lol). Personally, i rate players on their coming up clutch for their teams over personal success. Thats just me. People will say a player "carried a team" but there must then be tangible team success for a successful carry job.
