Whew! As soon as those beautiful ceiling panels went in, the word ‘shed’ took on a whole new meaning.

Wow en familia todo es posible y hecho con mucho amor y ganas , ahorrando mucho con esta técnica de construcción fuerte , sólida , a prueba de Sismos , Terremotos , incendios , caliente en temporada de frío , fresca en tiempo de calor , con energía solar , excelente , funcional amigable con el medio ambiente usando recursos de la tierra con Paja o raíces , botellas de vidrio para proyectar más luz de día dentro de la casa ,la tierra es térmica en muchos países así fueron construidas las casa antiguamente , con adobes de tierra aún hay construcciones que siguen en pie en pueblos en Mexico una construcción como la suya durará hasta generaciones venideras de sus hijos , felicidades a todos ustedes , no es fácil estar bajo los rayos solares y mas ahí en Cochise que por lo que veo es desértico , con amor y trabajo en equipo familiar seguirán haciendo más cosas hermosas y sustentables , gracias por compartir su proyecto de vida y familia lo lograron es una prueba de que cuando se quiere se puede , gastar en materiales caros , pagar quien lo haga es muy caro , así como ustedes es mucho más ahorro y segura la construcción .

Love this Jonathan. I really liked the other one too. I'm looking forward to the Geek part of installing the solar equipment in the Solar Shed. I know you said you had to tweak it a bit after you first started using it. I'm interested in what settings you had to change and what would you do differently if you had to do this again? No talking except a little barking. Pretty much all action. I loved it when the bell swung to the beat of the song. Wow! I really enjoyed this. I saw that pesky T-Rex three times; 13:30, 13:55, and 21:53. I hadn't seen when you put the flashing above the overhang from the clerestory. I never saw you put the bed together either. That was a beautiful build. You should all be very proud of yourselves! I love the door color. Thanks for doing this too!
Thanks Kathryn! Ashley actually put this one together, though :) Yes, still working on the solar install video and article. The main issue we had was with our BMS balancing settings. Ended up just talking to REC BMS directly and they got me sorted out. Has been working perfectly since then 👍. Thanks for watching again - trying something a little different since the longer version did so well to see if RUclips picks it up in a similar way :) Daily videos start back tomorrow!

We in Hastings NZ on a limestone knoll.
Saw a rammed limestone being build in northland NZ and W.Australka.
But learnt how much happens in situ and Plan changes.
Wonder if roof first is a possibility.

I don't get the round room and I lived in a Missile submarine for 5 years where the hull is round and the bunk rooms were between 24 massive round missile tubes. Round seem great for the Pantheon in Rome, the Rotunda in DC etc. but is an impractical space for living in. I guess I am a square as the 1960s Hippys of my childhood use to say.
Round walls are so much stronger than straight ones. Lots of fun physics and architecture if you dig into it!
Nice to see the whole family involved in this build. How much digging did Nine Nine accomplish? Terrific educational opportunity for all to enjoy and participate in. Thanks for sharing this last year. Looking forward to seeing the completion of your coop and garden. Do you have any guesstimates when you will begin working on your house?

I have property in Lake Havasu City Az., I wonder what the code is there about earth bag homes, shed, or the like.
You'll have to check with your local planning and zoning office to get those codes :)
