i have the mini version that is 1080p,it does not have a screen, i am considering buying this or the 1440p version, can the screen be turned off while driving?
Nobody deserves it, but this world is not fair. IMO, a dash cam is a must to protect yourself when driving. I've had front and back looking dash cams for about 8 years now. I need to replace the front looking one in my truck (since it stopped working). I'm thinking of the X series from Garmin
Most of the companies used KT Dash Cam AI for their trucks. I put that Garmin set( X310, W57 and Mini2) just for this channel and fun. But after all is better to have an xtra backup.

The screen automatically switches off after about a minute of the dash cam turning on
It's depence of your settings. Can be keeped live all the time of your driving.
Anyone that now drives without a dashcam deserves all the trouble they will get when some fool causes an accident but denies it was their fault.
