We had a family in our little town who had sisters that were rockettes back in the day. One of the things that she was proud of that at an older age she could still kick very high. Another batch of great jewelry. So many beautiful pieces.

The blue jade flower pendant and enameled butterfly pin were stunning. The last Givenchy gold bead necklace, the sound! Loved it. I also think that pin with green stones looked sterling. Will be interested to see what you find out.

I’ve been cleaning jewellery for most of the day having received a great big collection for a Christmas gift from the Mr. I found myself sounding like you as in I talked away to myself in the quiet of the afternoon. ‘Oh aren’t you a pretty one’ ‘You are very old miss cutie’ And then a load of heavy punk brutal type statement pieces - ‘What is this fella now? Chunky and soo heavy!’ ‘Ooo la la Miss lady! Have you got a little emerald crown or is it shiny green glass?’ I’ll have to check you out!’ Lol 😜 Just as my old hands had to give it up there was your new post.
