Perfect! I have a cookbook that talks about "picnic breads" and shows bread just like this! Healthy little breads with olives, veggies or fruits, maybe small amount of cheese that you can pack easily and snack on during a walk/hike. When I searched here on RUclips all I could find other than this is weird breads stuffed thick with sandwich filling... Not exactly what I had hoped for. Your video though was like a little pearl ❤️ so glad I clicked on it! Thank you!
Thanks much for the time & energy you expended to bring this video. Glad it was concise and easy to follow both with the hand movements + the description. Refreshing not to have to listen to a personal narrative of some YT recipes but to jump right in. Thanks for that. I may have to buy “the good butter” just for this. Greetings from Chicago
I enjoyed your video lesson; was quit easy to follow. However, I did want to make a loaf that I could use as a "sandwich bread". Am I to understand from your notes at the end of the video, I should just cut the amount of olives by half? That's the only change?
Hello. Yes, that is correct. It will give you a nice size of bread, what you call sandwich bread. Because this recipe in the video has a good amount olives in it for different purpose. For picnic or snack eating. I really love it with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and a pleasant white wine. But it’s also good to grab it in the morning with a piece of cheese. For bread, as you asked, it needs to be a bit lighter, so half amount of the olive is enough. And if you are health cautious, you may appreciate that it has low sodium level (to avoid high blood pressure) and low oil/fat level (in case you are measuring body fat% for leanness, and for your cleaner veins). Enjoy it. I appreciate your interest. Thank you.
