Performance per dollar is still amazing on the C8. Interior is a huge step up from the C7 as well. Corvettes still have their place in the automotive world with no real direct competitors.
Yea my friend whenever car makers can get away with having no competition, they can be a little half baked and we can forgive it this def looks good on paper with an amazing interior as you mentioned
I just talked to a dealer yesterday about purchasing a new 2024 C8 from the showroom, but we all know this is soon to be last year‘s model if not now. I was told the price was MSRP but sometimes the dealership would discount up to $1000 in some situations. I’ll be ordering my new2025 from a different dealership in the near future…
Please let us know if you get a better deal with your other dealership. I know in PA there are dealers doing large discounts on C8 stingrays

Cant see them raising msrp, considering the fact that it's spring, the amount of cars currently sitting on lots and you could easily get a 2024 Stingray now for a couple of grand under msrp. I could be wrong. Lets see what happens.

It's not my choice, but it really is hard to argue the value proposition. I would buy the used Porsche every time. Chevy lost me when my 17 High Country banged from 1st to 2nd gear, and after fluid change, I was pretty much told "Its the nature of the beast." That was my last GM.
Yea the value proposition is good but you’re def right a CPO Porsche or LC 500 is no doubt the higher quality automobile

I’ve had many Corvettes, but I’ve never had a convertible. I am getting a convertible this time because I just want one. I do think that I would be opening the top up much more with the convertible than having to stop and lift out the panel, this coming from someone who has stopped and lifted out the panel many times in the past and who has not stopped and lifted out the panel because of its inconvenience. And once upon a time, I took the top out and left it in my garage and then drove into a huge rainstorm…
Exactly my friend with the electronic top we would certainly be putting it down more often than the regular coupe. A great luxury to have and I think it's worth paying up for it.

GM needs to get rid of the ugly console tower and incorporate the controls into the info screen. It would clean up the internet considerably. I like the C7 design better.
I was able to get a 2.99% finance rate with USAA, but instead ima buy it outright for my 30th birthday, no payments. 💰

The longer these car makers produce vehicles, the worse they get at it. They go backwards every year more recalls then ever before.
‘21-‘23 all domestics had QC issues. Hopefully they are getting past this and back to “just” their normal level of QC issues. 🤞🏼
@@christofonobrown3659Car makers in general have QC issues. For years the import manufacturers were padding their numbers to make it look like they didn’t have many issues. Turns out they were being less than truthful in the reporting of their data by classifying quality issues as not being systemic (widespread) by voluntarily resolving the issues at little to no cost to the owners. A problem is a problem period ( I work in Quality Assurance) no matter what you call it 💪🏿🇺🇸🔥🇺🇸🔥🇺🇸🔥✊🏿

I don’t care about the new rehashed colors. My concern is will Chevy get their 💩 together and solve the DCT problem leading into the 2025 models and beyond. People shouldn’t have to spend their hard earned money only to have the car in a repair shop shortly after purchase over some issue that should not even exist. Get your head out of your 🫏 Chevy .
People don't spend money on repairs with new cars, new cars come with a warranty and the dealer takes care of issues for free.
I’ve had my 2023 Z51, magnetic ride,front end lift, stingray for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. It’s all show and all go. It is my daily driver and I’ve had it on the track twice and been to the Corvette school. All highly recommended. Love love love this car.

C8 Z06 blows the regular Stingray out of the water, NO comparison
if it didn't, what would be the point?
@@MeynMotorGroup I put high flow cats and a straight pipe Ryft Titanium exhaust on mine along with an Eventuri and ported throttle bodies.
Makes the stock Z06 sound like a kitten
For me it's simple... without a manual transmission I'll never buy it!
