Most songs I like I play till I get tired of em which sucks.. but this one, is one of the best I’ve heard in my short 28 years
I do the same but no regrets.
listen to yvs village tango it will change your life
This is very clever songwriting. He's not just triggering all the old cliches as so many modern country songwriters do. He's actually got original things to say.
We heard it
I couldn’t agree more. He’s seemingly found a way to blend all his favorite influences into his art and produce a fantastic product with soul, feel and relatability. I’m hooked on the dude.
i listen to outlaw country a lot and it has been a while since a song has really pulled me in for the long haul. i really like this one
what kind of music is outlaw country?
+Kevin K Sturgill Simpson... check him out
Cody Jinks, Tyler Childers, Whitey Morgan and Ward Davis the list goes on...
One of my favorite stations ever! And that's coming from a metalhead punk fan 😂 "the Outlaw, Genuine Red Dirt Country!"
Kevin K the best kind of country music😁
Feels like 1974 and I love it.
It definitely has that early 70s sound to it which I really like.
Im a younger fella at 16, but im still glad i get to experience this music, and im glad to listen to country and not that other stuff people listen to now a days
Saw Brent Cobb and Them at Gaza Gasa in NOLA March 23, 2019. One of the happiest days of my life. We had a great time. Love you man !!!!!!!!!!!! Hope to see y,all soon.
Dorraine Breaux me too!!
I was at that show as well - loved it!
"Tears me up inside,......what I put her through, but she still holds on"
best genre of music on the planet..
So glad I got to find this song. So much feeling!!
i'm SO thankful for spotify, it brought me to you & man oh man what a joy your music is 💕👍🏼
Same except I was using Pandora which I think personally I like better
I believe all of us have a theme song. God knows this one's mine
i listen to outlaw Country too and when I heard this song and When the Stars Come out- Chris Stapleton I went and found the actual CD because I planned on listening to both of them ALOT. Then when I got the CD's... I got way more than I planned on. One is just as good as the other and they made me excited about where country music is going because i have been UNIMPRESSED to say the least! they both write their own music and both have long hair.. DIG IT!!
Heck ya, they're both great!
Lord what a voice and a soulful vibe. Damn good
My favorite song
Seen him just last weekend at rock the ranch in seneca sc. awesome is a understatement
Reminds me a lot of CCR and The Band.
Great stuff 👌
It's got that early 70s country rock vibe going on.
I’ve seen him twice in concert with Chris Stapleton. This dude is an awesome singer, is extraordinarily talented and I think eventually is going to be huge.
Meet him at a concert in Arizona which was the first time I heard his music and immediately loved it!
kecko96 He's a true country boy that I have known since we were kids. He's always had a talent and voice. I'm very proud of him
My dad and I saw him and my dad immediately bought his CD. He was the opening act for the opening act at Chris Stapleton.
Heard this song after I got off work, and I gotta say.... It fits me 😂😂😂
absolutely love this!!! The groove is amazing
I've been kinda obsessed with him since I saw him with Chris Stapleton the first time last year. I actually got to steal one of his set lists... He writes a little note on the back!
was it rupp arena in lexington?
@@chriswoosley4525 no. St. Louis
No what literally rocks I dig holes 4 a living and who woulda thunk Lord knows I'm good at diggin holes. I'm a real estate sign man and honestly it rocks.
How is this song not super famous?
My abusive ex is an excavator operator who dug us into poverty, himself into jail, every relationship he had into the ground, everything he touched he buried. I always told him the only thing he was ever good at was digging holes. I used to wish he'd bury himself into the ground and now I pray for his salvation but it's the devil who shovels every speck of dirt over him as he's being buried alive.
That voice 😍 that hair 😍
Thank u you Daniel for this song. 😍💃LOVE IT
Badass tune, brother!! Self pity & career contemplation!! This is the best thing since...well in a long time!! Where does a guy who loves music in this day and age see the album credits and liner notes when everything is iThis & digital that??

Danial Riccardo send me...
This might be the first time I’ve ever tried to figure out how to put a RUclips video on replay
I can relate
A little sad but a catchy tune
God damn this songs about me
I dig holes every day. Smoke cigarettes. Stay free
This guy reminds me of a modern day Jim Croce
Well, i ought to be working at coal, man
Neck deep in black long suit
Swinging a peak at that man inside
Halfway to China, I think I would
Feet wright in where the sun don't shine
She's better off alone
Yeah I ought to be working in a coal, man
Lord knows I'm good at digging holes!
Well I aught to be drilling for the black gold
Swimming in a Texas tea
I could make a killing all on my own
Sending my misfortune to the family!
'cause when I hit rock bottom
The deeper down I go
Ohh I ought to be drilling for the black gold
Lord knows I'm good at digging holes!
Well I ought to be working for the railroads
Sweat... and off my back
And I can't take her with me
She's better off without
yeah I ought to be working for the railroads
Lord knows I'm good in leaving town
When it comes to love I ain't got a clue
What this heart of mine is suppose to do
It tears me up inside what I ut her through
Still she won't let go
Well I ought to make my living in a graveyard
Over my head in durt
If i had a shovel I'd bury this heart...
six feet down
I never meant to hurt you
I'm better off a ghost
Ohh I ought to make my living in a graveyard
Lord knows I'm good at digging holes!
Ricciardo sent me
Daniel ricciardo😂😂
