This Javali is a light hearted take on jealousy and how it plays out when the one you’re in love with has eyes for another. The nayika looks at Krishna together with another woman and she warns him, saying she has wayward ways. Pretending like she doesn’t really want to say anything, she continues to speak of how the other woman is devious, not to be trusted. She continues to say that Krishna is gullible and believes all of that woman’s words of love, but in reality, the woman speaks lovingly to many men, entertaining several in a day, even in broad daylight.

We can imagine how powerful the 'vagalaadi bOdhanalu' must have been, from the effort it demands from the nayika, to make her hero understand about that 'other woman'! The alternate portrayals of the 'other woman' , the other men visiting her, their interactions, how they are made either to hide or do 'the disappearing act' are both realistic and filled with humor. All the charms used by 'that seductress' is awesome! It is pity that while women are expected to remain chaste, men are dealt with more leniently!
You are a master of your art, Rukmini Vijayakumar. Your ability to depict emotions and feelings is one of the aspect of you I appreciate the most. Thank you for the show!
