Every problem you have with blade warping is due lack of tension and support from both sides.I always hated those 1 side frames with bent hook to hold the blade.Older hacksaws had a split square stock that had cross drilled hole for screw with a thread for blade tensioning.Same system is used for big industrial hacksaw's. Yes those evolution blades are cool af ,they cut fast but it also costs 100$.These machines are slow sure ,you wont brake a speed record ,they are not fast as bandsaw's(big industrial ones are actualy almost as fast) but if done properly they have 2 great advantages -they cut very square and 300 mm hacksaw blades are incredibly cheap and you can find them everywhere. For a 2$ you can buy bahco swedish made bimetal blade of high quality that will last you a long time. Its a perfect machine for a small hobby shop or a person that has a time to wait.
Your hacksaw is good. Add blade support, it will pinch the end of the blades together and use 1 inch wide bimetal HSS blades. These are dirt cheap and last forever, they are made for manual and power hacksaws. If you have trouble finding them drop me a message I'll ship them to you.
most under-rated channel, great content

nice job I am building one myself but cant find the blades you used. Everything here is the band saw type. Where did you find the Dexter blades?
I LOVE it and you can draw much better than me
Nice work
Yessss:-) nicolauuss de retour :-)
Let's go my Kiki!

@@NicolasSalencPBP Haaaaaaa un tour à métaux mon rêve :D Hâte de voir ça !
Hi sir can i know what motor it is?
Very good
Good design.
Perhaps better saw blade quality will help?
make the oscillation slower, tighten the blade and make the preassure a bit higher
This is cool
Great content as always! Can you make some pyrotechnic videos again?
Coming up!
Why did you not just paint it with a spray paint?
I wanted to try traditional paint as it is cheaper, but the finish is quite nasty, I'll definitely use spray paint next time
@@NicolasSalencPBP Is it Cheaper? Danm not here where I live
@@mads7072 Well a can is expensive, but it can be reused, a spray bottle is single use
@@NicolasSalencPBP No its not. What do you mean
@@NicolasSalencPBP I pay 38 DKK (6 USD) for matt black 400ml spray can
It's so super
Great engineering. However, there is a fatal flaw in your design. You're still applying pressure on the back stroke. That burns up the blades quickly
How to fix it?
Бро продожай в том же духе
Blade tension need to be higher and adjustable. Nice machine though.
Work more and good job
je pense que ce serais intéressant que tu fasse une chaine FR ou tu reposte tes vidéo mais en Français
