Such a sick interview with one of my childhood icons! Had a chance to meet Chris at an ASR a long time ago, and he was absolutely great- friendly and full of grace with everybody that fanned out on him, lol. So good.
Tangentially, I don't know if you remember me, but I helped do some coding for the old "PHPbb" Thrasher forums... I think the last thing we did was add a "quick reply" to the forum template. Cheers, fam!

Visalia, see you charlie kruger. I remember when i went to get my first skateboard when i was 9. It was at the small surf shop in the visalia mall. I didn't get one of his boards, but I got a jason jesse because it was an older model and $35 bucks because shapes were changing so fast that they were right at the point they started having noses as big as the tails. Still at 9.5 inches wide. I remember seeing Dunes baby sitter board on the wall. For some reason that thing popped out so hard. Then people started coming in and out of the shop, they mostly had his board. Like I seen at least 5 people that had it. I asked about it and the dude said so many people broke it and they kept coming back to get new ones. It had purple stain on it. I bought one when they came out again, will never ride it. But i got a different one and i am going to set it up soon. This is the best pod cast channel. Thanks for getting the older heads talking. Always appreciate it.
