People are not the business its the SYSTEMS, BUILD THE BEST SYSTEMS, then hire well, and the system will help them become great. I also agree, the best people have passion, don't look at resume, look at passion for hospitality. Hire for attitude and train for skills. AND REWARDING YOUR BEST OMG THAT WAS GOOD...yes..

I just registered to open a small restuarant. I totally agree with your theory that someone with great attitude can be trained. I have 25+ years in customer care and hospitality industry, I observed a collegeue that i worked beside , and unashamedly recruited her for my business. She has great attitude and passion. I could envision her behind the counter serving customers at my business. Thanks for the videos they are a great learning tool , i have asked my co-worker to view it as well
