Thanks for making this vid. Though we live in Ireland now, we moved here from my native Scottish Highlands where 5yrs ago I caught Lyme's. It was inadequately treated so I've been living with it since then. In Scotland it was sheep and red deer that carried and spread the ticks, not sure what spreads it here but I've had to remove them from both me and my dog more than once. I'll definitely give this a go, thank you.

Hi Trish. I am so sorry to hear that! I haven't heard if the risk of Lyme's is high here in our region. I've been fortunate to only have had a couple experiences with them and we given our dog a treatment the last couple years that has helped control the tick problem with her. I usually blame my husband for bringing them home after working out in the pasture. I'll take mosquitoes over ticks any day! Take care!

Thanks - haven't seen many ticks yet this spring - maybe they won't be so bad this year!

Great information, we have issues with ticks as well since we have a wooded area behind the house. I do actually spray along the back of the fence line for them since they can get pretty bad. Thanks for sharing!

So far we haven't seen many in the yard - my garden is also right along the edge of the forest.

Hello! I found some by doing a call out on local area facebook group and turned out one of my neighbors had some! I dug up a few of her plants and placed in my garden and it grows like a weed every year. What part of Saskatchewan do you live?

Thanks! If I went out naked on my yard I'd be covered by a blanket of mosquitos in minutes - enough probably to make my nakedness irrelevant! lol!
