The Op-Op fruit is only limited at the beginning, once Law got the fruit Awakened his powers were ridiculous.
He could create giant rooms with massive range, coat his own blade with the room so he could freely manipulate the blade making it longer/shorter or even pass through someone's body ex. he passed it through Big Mom and made a shockwave that damaged her from the inside.
Not to mention he can to some extent imitate other devil fruit powers like Chopping people up (The Chop-Chop fruit), making everything inside room silent (The Calm-Calm Fruit), create electricity (The Rumble-Rumble fruit) etc. Not to mention he can operate and heal people, or even perform an Eternal Youth operation on somebody, altough it costs him his life so its a one time technique.
It is insanely versatile and much like Luffy's Nika it becomes more and more powerful the more creative the user gets.
One of the things that always annoys me is how many people say the Gear 5th transformation ages him when it doesn’t, those panels were to show how utterly exhausted Luffy was, and Oda loves to exaggerate facial expressions, imo its very clearly exhaustion and not aging

The ice logia is not only ice control it's basically the concept of cold itself if that makes sense not just ice even though there's a snow logia which is basically just the weaker version of the ice logia
interesting is that in order to awaken a devil fruit your body and mind have to catch up with the devil fruit and that mean in order to awaken Nika you have to be kinda strong as kaido and even that is not guaranteed since you also have to catch up with mind.
mythical zoans are the strongest of them all, cuz they often have zoan, paramecia and even logia kind of abilitys on top of the zoan transformation + physical strength boost (wich every zoan user gets)

With Aokiji's fight with akainu, honestly it could've went either way but Clearly based on aokiji's injuries his Ice fruit was CLEARLY at a elemental disadvantage.

I have to mention two fruits that were severely underrated in this video, the gravity and phoenix fruit
Yes, these two are in there but the man behind the rankings forgot to mention some things about these fruits.
Phoenix: something that was mentioned but weaker than it is is the regeneration. Yes, it does have a limit but we have never even seen that, marco has tanked so much and was so far always fine, i dont mention what he went through because 1. i dont know every single thing and 2. this comment is going to be too long (propably)
Before I mention what gravity can/could also do I just want to note that I love being an astronomist, meaning i know more of gravity than the average human (although nearly everything that i will mention is going to be pretty understandable)
Gravity: This is by far my favourite one piece fruit because it has so much potential, first im gonna say things that the creator of the ranking video forgot to mention and then after that im gonna say some potential, and i said "potential" abilities.
One very important thing that Fujitora was able to do is to PULL METEORS FROM SPACE ONTO DRESSROSA (the island he was in). Now of course the meteor wasnt as big as the Chicxulub impactor (the meteor that killed the dinosaurs) but that was of course to prevent his own life. THEORETICALLY he should also be able to pull a much bigger meteor, which would backslash very much. another thing that was shown was that he is able to deflect most attacks by ease, even debris from a cut down meteor was pushed back.
Now coming to the real theoretical stuff: He could, and again i said quote: "could" summon/create Black Holes. Now i want to note that some scientists ahve different opinions on how black holes really work (e.g. spaghetifying, time traveling, wormholes. . .) but many agree that if an object has enough mass, it could turn into a black hole. To explain this you have to think about gravity itsself; how does it work? what does it do? On most basic terms its the force that can make objects pull other objects creating an orbit in a fortunate scenario (for example the moon doesnt get pulled in and smacked against the earth because it moves fast enough to stay in one line. Everything has gravity, even you, even your house or your cat, its just so small that no human can notice it (exception is the earth) Now understaning this you that if youre able to compress something with gravitational force so much that its mass is infinite, it becomes a black hole. One thing to note is of course that that is just gonna be the tiniest black hole youve ever seen (or not seen because you cant) But you can fix that by letting it suck up everything in its surroundings (this is also part of a theory so no one could really confirm that its possible.
Last theoratical things Im gonna mention are: Creating a Forcefield that deflects everything, creating a Vacuum, being able to kill humans in milliseconds (a Vacuum is one of those ways) Being able to Teleport through wormholes (this is also a really specific theory that can also take very long to explain so just basically forget what i just said), changing the properties of many devil fruits, for example you can nullify the flame, gas and many other fruits by just creating a vacumm or at least something close to that, or increasing the gravity to raise surrounding temperature, making ice or other fruits less powerful and this list could go even further but its already long enough.
NOW BEFORE ANYONE SAYS: "WHEEE THAT DOESNT WORK LIKE THAT" OR SOMETHING SIMMILAR MOST OF THIS TEXT IS *THEORATICAL*

There are multiple fruits out there that have the potential to erase the complete world, but due to japanesse history the earthquake fruit is one of the strongest and most feared.
Last point if you are talking about underrated fruits you should mention Kizarus light fruit. There is no way anyone or anything can catch up with him or has even a brief chance to defeat him except Blackbeard and Luffy.

Well we don't actually know that for sure. There are precedents for both situations: Sugar's fruit stops working when she faints (so I presume it also stops when she dies), but the closest devil fruit we know from Big Mom's fruit, is the shadow shadow fruit which can also be used to extract things from people (shadows instead of souls) and infused into things or beings (mostly dead bodies which creates zombies), and we were told that even if you kill the user of the shadow shadow fruit, the zombies would still keep functioning. So it's likely (but not proven) that the same thing would happen with Big Mom and killing her would not kill the homies.

I personally wouldn't call Luffy's devil fruit the strongest. The reason why it seems so powerful is because the user just so happens to be Luffy. The fruit is meant to imbody freedom, and Luffy just so happens to be the kind of man who seeks and gives freedom. He's also really creative with his fruit which is another reason why it seems so strong. Give his fruit to a random character and I bet you it wouldn't be as good in their hands.
I mean, yeah, except the fruit can't be eaten by someone who's not chosen. The fruit chooses the user, so the fruit falling into the hands of someone not capable of using its potential isn't possible.

By post-timeskip standards Enel would have incredibly potent observation haki but maybe no other kinds of haki. Were likely to see Saint saturns powers in the current arc.
you can eat humans with devil fruits to get their power as long as you don't have a devil fruit of your own. the reason blackbeard can have multiple devil fruits is because of his own devil fruit that lets him absorb all attacks, after whitebeard died he absorbed the devil fruit inside himself

Something not touched on by this, vid: Logias do allow their users to dodge attacks by turning into their elements, but this ability must be actively used- the user has to make the active choice to turn into their elements. Meaning, if you can catch an untrained Logia user by surprise, you can drop them like a sack of bricks. Kizaru and Enel give the illusion of passive intangibility using Observation Haki to foresee attacks.
that's not true logia intangibility is passive oda litterly had to to create haki because of logias if speed was enough then haki wouldn't be that needed for example enel was sleeping and still wasn't hit and smoker got blitzed by luffy without knowing and still it didn't work they have a phyiscal body but their logia power passively protects them because if not their power would work like obito where he cant attack and make things go past him at the same time and we know thats not true

B) Again, use observation haki, Mantra as Enel called it. Attack speed largely becomes moot when you know an attack is coming.
Given that Enel and Smoker are easy to explain. Enel's haki allowed him to forsee anything that the pre-gear strawhats and friends could throw at him.
Smoker was a captain back then in Loguetown. He was already an experienced fighter. Luffy's base Gattling was easy see and dodge, relatively. In Alabasta, he was caught off guard by Luffy slamming him into Ace another Logia user. They both took that hit and didn't turn.
All Armament does is remove the option of dodging by turning into their element.

The whole magma fruit being stronger than fire “because it’s hotter” is such bullshit and I genuinely have no idea how or why people keep spreading this lie, the magma didn’t hurt ace because it was “hotter” ace intentionally let it hit his physical body because if he had let it phase through him like normal it would have hit and killed luffy, the fire around the wound is aces flesh burning from the magma, not his own devil fruit being overpowered, the magma fruit is undoubtedly stronger but not because it’s “hotter”

This list seems to be made based on the fruit user rather than the DF by itself.
Ex: Soul Soul fruit is so high on the list only bcz Big Mom has it. And in reality Enel's lightning fruit is so much better.

Why does everyone assume luffys devil fruit is the strongest? It's never been mentioned in canon, it's called the most rediculous devil fruit ability, not the strongest. This list is crap.
Shanks has no devil fruit, Enel can be beaten by powerful haki users, if your haki is strong enough you can almost beat any devil fruit user. No Kuzan's power is ice, yes the homies stay homies. Some devil fruits have consciouses themselves so yeah Blackbeard's devil fruit may vety well be "evil". Bro we told you Nika (Nike) is a real life deity.... people used to worship that god in real life.
Haki is the main weakness to ANY devil fruit. If your haki is strong enough, you can pretty much physically harm any devil fruit user.

I respect the grind to learn about the world, but I feel like your time would be better spent just binging the series instead of trying to immediately skip to post wano information via RUclips/TikTok without the context of the story... Now obviously this is the internet and between these videos and the discussion topics you've mentioned taking part in you are spoiled for a LOT of stuff, but without the context and dialog of the series it doesn't have the same impact and its intention is lost without it.
Example: You saying the Op-Op Fruit that is used by Trafalgar Law seems out of place as high on the list as it is because of it limited range. If you had learned about his DF throughout the series with the context of seeing it in use you would know that by Wano arc his "Room" or the sphere they show surrounding him was used to engulf all of Onigashima (Kaidos Island Base) as well as a large portion of the sea surrounding one side of it where the Heart Pirates Submarine was located. For reference as to what type of range that is, Onigashima is calculated to be as large as our Earth's Moon (or multiple continents if that helps you have a more tangible grasp).
Example #2: You were misinformed on how Aokiji's fruit works and if you had seen its use in context you'd know his DF is an Ice Logia Type. You'd know that means his body is not only made of ice but allows him to use Ice offensively, defensively and even in support roles. You'd know that Logia type users are intangible, but do have natural counters just as they would in the real world... Meaning when Aokiji fought Akainu he was actually at a disadvantage because magma melts ice in nature. You'd also know that you can counter Logia type users (as well as other DF types/abilities) in battle through the use of either Armament Haki or Adv. Conqueror's Haki.
One Piece is not Naruto or Dragonball, you can't just try to skip ahead to current and actually expect to understand the entirety of the story by reading/watching some simple cliff notes before hand. It's extremely linear and very complexed and nuanced, there is no limit to the amount of foreshadowing used or what seems like a tiny bit of information at one point in the story can become a massive plot point hundreds of episodes/chapters later. Say nothing of the MASSIVE amount of world building and lore that would be missed and not understood later on.
So that said, go watch/read some One Piece instead of doing reactions to these style of One Piece videos meant more as discussion topics for fans who are already current with the MANGA. One Piece sits at 1070 episodes long currently (111 episodes that are filler or 9% of the series, though I'd recommend not skipping the G-8 Filler Arc), if you watched 10 Eps/Day (about 3.5 hrs/day if you skip openings, re-caps and outro teasers for the next ep) you would be caught up to current before the end of this year. Now I know that sounds kind of like an insane task, but as the series goes on you will start to become engulfed in the story and needing to know what happens next... There is a reason why One Piece has MASSIVELY outsold EVERY other manga in history, its story has NO rival.

I'll never understand why people think the Nika fruit strains the user and turns them into an old man considering that is not only never stated but outright contradicted by the story. When Luffy detrasnsforms from Gear 5 during Wano, he directly states that the reason he was tired is because he was literally dying before he transformed. The transformation didn't strain him; it REVITALIZED him and allowed him to keep fighting even when literally on death's door. It is the polar opposite of a stamina drain.
No? We clearly see him turn into an old man again at Egghead where he was not exhausted before using Gear 5 at all.

Idk who the dude who made the video is but all devil fruit logia included are countered by enough haki use. Idk why he didnt list haki as an overall weakness or why he said for enel fruit we dont know how haki would effect it. We do know this, it would counter his intangibility and if you had strong enough haki his attacks would have no impact on you.
