Loved it. Eager to read your new book. Your articles are wonderful, I know the book will be, too.
I was trained by Stu when I started competing in Skeleton and he broke me, and many of my teammates.... it's a breathe of fresh air to hear someone thinking critically! Thank you Coach this was a great video
Too many broken athletes out there. Coaches write their stories about the survivors.
Love this Tony, thanks as always for all the quality information as always, happy Xmas from Ireland
Merry Christmas in Ireland. My mother is Irish… “O’Kane” was changed to “Kane” at Ellis Island.

Coach I was talking to another coach yesterday about his training method and why it was so successful. He said "I feed them cat food." He's implemented your program into his 400/800 plan.
Awesome!
Did Kula and JT lifting for speed chance your mind about streng training?
Also thanks for the great line up on TFC 👍👍
Yes and no. Lifting is good for strength. Strength is good for speed. But, slow guys can dead lift as good as fast guys.
How long do the benefits of one of your lactate workouts last?
10-15 days. But they need to be layered. It’s never one and done.
Is there tapering in your programme?
