Oh and the lake house story has even more of an update. Parents did in fact NOT use all that money for sisters college. The sisters got together and had a really long talk. Turns out the parents were lying to both of them! Saying "oh we can't afford to do x for you because we are using the money for your sister for y." They found out by comparing notes that the parents have done this their whole lives! Lake house sister has gone NC with parents but is unsure if her sister has/will. No mention was made of the wedding money.

I get that she's paranoid, but that does NOT excuse her actions. Also, If OP had shown her his phone, she probably would've accused him of quickly deleting the pics so that she couldn't catch him. She should be banned from the gym asap

@@Ash-lm5vq The main problem is she was violated before, and then falsely accused so many other men. She is wearing no underwear and thin fabric yoga pants, of course it is going to be extremely revealing. She is trying to bait guys into looking at her so she can accuse more. @@justinhaymen23 another commenter actually said that the woman has done this multiple times before op so I agree she likely did it on purpose, however unless they saw that comment or checked the post not many people whore commenting know that fact. So I'm going to answer this as if she wasn't doing this on purpose and I didn't know that fact. She might not have known that when stretched those pants could be seen thru to an extent and not wearing underwear might've just been a personal choice for comfort. This is just what I think her pov might've been if I ONLY heard the story from this video. I'm not saying I don't agree with those comments I'm saying that I've seen some people go as far as to REFUSE to see the woman's side whatsoever even when someone points out that detail. I saw someone call a commenter who guessed the woman's pov a man hater JUST for providing another view on the story. I stabbed you right in the heart and you cannot pay me back for this". Cuz even if this was a shot of temper tantrum and a spite of moment but overall loved OP, cared for him and her late mother, etc. she'd be terrified by what she's done, not when it turned out that this time the consequences are real not just for show.

@@TehCookieLoop Yup and sad to say I would have to say she deserved a 5/5 score in my opinion. She went after those letters specifically to hurt her dad after hurting her brothers and was proven she was wrong because OP didn't want his son and GN kid to be disrespected. The fact he learned about LGBTQ terms also shows he really tried as well as therapy for her. But she went above and beyond what is needed.
They know why he didn't remarry and why he cares about those letters. She knew there was a camera and that she did what she wanted which was to hurt him. She never expected him to kick her out because she figured he'd get over it right? But not this time because she went so far that this time I don't think she can ever make it up to him.
I wonder if she even read the letters as she destroyed them. Just to see the past or not and the worse part is she has no remorse at all for what she did and will need to be homeless for a bit and forced to be humble quick or she will continue to get worse and worse over time.

She's a spoiled brat who thinks daddy will forgive me, that because mommy is gone and that is the reason I am acting out. Hell to the *NO* . She knew what she was doing, and for her to become humble is gonna be a while for that to even happen. But after I had a moment to reflect, if you really care about that child, then it's important that the learn about consequences as early as possible. Belinda sounds like a "girl cries sexual harassment" situation. Most people, and I do mean most, don't immediately start recording strangers and accusing them of crimes. Especially in a crowded gym. Especially if you feel threatened. Could he have been a creep? Sure. Men suck, especially aggro men at gyms, and her fears are valid. But if he's doing whatever and checking his phone and never lifts it up enough to take a photo, why assume he's taking photos? How would you know if you're not looking constantly at him?
She's devaluing actual sexual harassment claims if she's knowingly doing this consistently. It's disgusting. She needs therapy and a ban from the gym. Actual women get MURDERED for fighting back and she's causing scenes for fun or validation or whatever? It's annoying as fuck, as a woman, too see women acting the fool and making it harder for the rest of us to be taken seriously.
Also: sometimes you can't tell if your clothes are see through. My home lighting isn't gym lighting, you know? So yeah, I get that she was likely traumatized from her experience with the actual creep. However, that doesn’t give her the right to randomly start recording and yelling and screaming at the guy behind her simply because his phone was out when he was taking breaks. It’s reasonable if you can tell, “Hey, this dude is definitely taking pictures of me.” Then I’d get that you would do that. But it was very clear here that he wasn’t, as he never angled the phone towards her. Plus, she tried to violate his privacy to validate hers. “If you have nothing to hide, don’t be afraid!” Yes the guy had something to hide, his crotch! Seriously lady, if there’s an alternate way to prove he wasn’t being a creep, then I’d accept it and apologize. Not only that, but it really seemed like she was trying to set a trap or something. Who willingly wears clear pants without underwear? And then she immediately starts recording as soon as she turns around? Like others have said, this seems like she’s trying to ruin the lives of random people. She might have good intentions, but she’s still doing things that could destroy innocent people. You're wrong on the first story, RSlash. First, there is no such a thing as "prove your innocence" in situations like these. It is a fallacy to prove the negative: "prove me to me you were not taking pictures of me" is just plain stupid, the accuser should provide proof of the accusation, not the other way round. The girl is paranoid, and she obviously has history of making the same false accusations because of that creeper incident. She was in the wrong to request proof and make a scene. If she couldn't believe OP, she should have just gone to gym management. She didn't, he did. I agree. I have witnessed groups of girls treating a lone man in a way which would see a man under lock and key for similar behaviour. Women on hen nights, women in gyms, drunk women in general. Sexual harassment is wrong, full stop.
Many years ago my then sixteen year old son was targeted by a female teacher. Her behaviour was beyond inappropriate and he was becoming incredibly anxious. The reaction from the school? What is he complaining about?!! They genuinely thought he should just shut up and enjoy it! They backtracked rapidly when I immediately withdrew my three sons and they lost a massive amount in school fees. Too little, too late.
Perhaps it would also be a good idea to wear underwear if you don't want people to stare. It makes no sense that a girl who had already had a bad experience would behave in this way. Please don't misunderstand, women have the right to wear whatever they like without fearing for their safety but a line has to be drawn somewhere and I think perhaps knickers are the Rubicon in everyday life.

First story: I agree with what someone else said in the comments. Belinda having a prior incident with someone at the gym doesn't mean she can act like a child throwing a tantrum. The gym manager should've defused the situation a lot better. OP is definitely not wrong if he were to demand an apology.
2nd story: Parents deserve a tongue lashing from all of the kids. Pitting your children against each other is never ok. The children all deserve some sort of explanation from them, and depending on that conversation, they should all consider going low or no contact. They've been lying to their children for years and that's not ok.
3rd story: OP definitely needs to stand his ground. Eva is an adult and she should understand actions have consequences. That she destroyed precious property that didn't belong to her, then acted like she won the war shows she doesn't respect boundaries. When she was told to leave and she started crying, it seems she doesn't actually care about the consequences until they negatively affect and inconvenience her. Eva needs a reality check.

Fairly big update to Story 2:
Shit went down after my original post and I couldn't find time to make any new edits before I received judgement. Not everything is resolved here so I'm not making a final update yet. It was suggested I save that until I know things are resolved. But here's a comment to update everyone who has been asking for once since my first post.
    • My sister did confront our parents about them selling the house. They tried playing dumb, asking her what she meant, but went quiet after she told them she knew they did and texted them the picture I sent her of the contract I signed when buying the lake house, proving I owned the place.
    • Sister was furious and said they lied to her about who owned the house and let her look like a lunatic. They went in circles, saying they definitely told her about it but she must have forgotten since she was so focused on her first year of college, but my sister's adamant that she wouldn't forget about something as big as them selling a whole house.
    • Sister called me back the next day and asked if we could talk. She said she felt like she didn't know what was the truth anymore (didn't blame her) so we sat and talked for what felt like hours. We hadn't talked that long since we were kids. It was sorta nice at some parts. But it was also upsetting in more parts because it shed some nasty light on a lot of stuff from our childhoods.
    • She asked how much they sold the house for, I told her (close to 100k), and she said that didn't add up. According to her, all four years of her tuition cost just under 50k. She revealed that she had to get a job and rent an apartment with a friend to be able to afford living by her school. Which shocked me and I told her how our parents told me they paid for everything for her; books, groceries, her apartment, etc. That means there's about $50,000 from the sale of the house that's currently unaccounted for.
    • She did apologize for being rude to me the other day. She said she hadn't known about me owning my house and wouldn't have acted that way if she'd known I actually bought it. Our parents made it seem like they were just letting me live there for free out of the kindness of their hearts. And she felt jealous that I got to live rent free in a vacation home while she was busting her ass to make a name for herself in her field after 4 years of college on top of having a crappy minimum wage job. She felt bitter because she felt like I always ruined things for her.
    • I asked her what she meant by that and it turns out our parents were blaming me for stuff behind my back to my sister for... practically our entire lives. Like the time they pulled her out of ballet class when she was 7. They told her it was supposedly because they had to pay for my glasses and couldn't afford the classes on top of that. Or when they wouldn't pay for her to join girl scouts with her friends, they said it was because I needed braces and that was more important than girl scouts. But I told her that dad's insurance had paid for both of those. So it sounds like they just didn't want to pay for her classes/girl scouts. And decided I was a nice clueless patsy to use so their precious baby girl wouldn't hate them.
    • I've gone NC with parents. Not sure if Sis is as well. I sent them one text saying after this I don't think I can stomach speaking to them for a very long time, if ever again. And if they have any respect for me they'll not try to contact me. Then I blocked their number and also blocked them on everything I could think of.
There is so much more but I don't want this comment to get too long. Any questions you guys have I'll try my best to answer them. But things are still happening.

Rslash no Belinda more like Karen. I thought you were an expert on Karen’s you should know that Karen’s do this stuff all the time. “If a guy gets behind you starts doing squats and takes out his phone it’s not unreasonable to assume he’s taking photos” uhhh yes it is that’s a HUGE jump to conclusions and the fact that she was making it obvious to everyone showed that she had the intentions of ruining OP’s reputation. False accusations like this can ruin someone’s life. She’s absolutely a Karen.

I’ve been recorded and photographed without consent numerous times, the problem is, if you can’t take the phone and look at it, they can just be like “no I didn’t,” and then that’s that. So I don’t think this is a total black and white situation, because while I believe OP had the right to privacy, it is also a stressful situation that happens way too often, which might be why she flipped out. That’s why many locker rooms forbid the use of cellphones while in the locker room and gyms should likely have specific rules on it as well, for people to be able to feel comfortable in the space. And for the record, no, I wasn’t wearing see through pants when I got recorded (not that it should really matter, but just saying). One person did sneak a camera under my skirt and another time I was just at work, working...regular work uniform, at a popular sandwich shop. This guy would regularly photograph me and try to sneak and film me and he and his buddy would talk about it, but we couldn’t do anything without proof and I had no way to get the proof. Also have had that happen at bars from a few different creepers....I have had other times I suspect it, but can’t prove it, so I hate having phones pointed at me, but generally feel like I can’t do anything about it. It sucks, it’s a bad feeling. Maybe she didn’t handle it very well, but since phones are also cameras now, it’s uncomfortable to be at a place designated for working out and have a person sitting behind you, not working out and instead using a phone/possible camera. It’s not that she’s flattering herself, it’s likely just years of uncomfortable experiences and situations. I mean, even my school did creepy stuff, like our strength training teacher would let the guys in our class line up behind us and watch me and the only other girl in my gym class do workout videos. If we stopped, we lost our points, but they didn’t. Doesn’t mean every guy is a predator, but there are reasons why she probably felt super guarded, besides that she was trying to be a b. I do think that they should have enforced her to delete her video when they showed he was innocent - if they didn’t watch her delete it, I don’t think that’s fair.

    About the first story:
That woman is crazy. She basically thinks she’s so hot that that’s the only option for what could be happening, and then, without knowing if your were guilty or not, made a scene in YOUR OWN gym in front of everyone AND recorded you without your permission.
You didn’t have to show her anything. This was a public place, where you were doing normal things. Also, it’s a gym! Everyone checks their phones in the gym.
Also, she was pretty rude you didn’t own her anything, specially when you were able to prove it in another way. And, again, you are not forced to show your private pics, if not by desire, specially not after this show.

It's unfortunate that we got the lake house story without further updates. I'd say the sister's silence in the last call is a moment of realization that not only has she unknowingly done something terrible to her sibling, but the blame is 100% on the very same people who are paying for her wedding. She's in an impossible position where her wedding was already hindered and reduced to a fraction of what it was supposed to be, she's likely said horrible things about OP to her family and friends and now understands she must clean OP's name, but that means throwing her parents (and herself, to a degree) under the bus. After this, I don't see how she could hope to get a wholesome non-disappointing toxicity-free wedding, and it doesn't matter if she's spoiled or not; that realization is a lot to take in.

There is more to the sisters and the lake house story. The sisters actually had a sit down without the parents and really talked. Not just about the house and wedding situation but about the school thing and their past. They realized that not only didn't the money thing add up, but the sister had her school paid for and used the school money to pit them against each other. Then after going back they were so hurt to realize that they have been doing it all of their lives.
