And how if we all got sick and died, they wouldn't be able to function. But that's only lumping us as a group. They don't care about the individual. If I got sick and died, I'd be replaced within the week, and they'd probably only have a brief mention of my passing, then work as usual. That doesn't really scream family to me.

Not only that if I'd sailed by the time we get back in and I get home (fast craft so no crew cabins on ship) I'd maybe get 2hrs sleep before having to head back in. The bridge crew caught wind of it and before I could even tell the shore officer where to shove it, the Cpt shut the ships engines down and came down to tear strips off of the shore officer. Cpt ordered me off the ship and they sat there another half hour waiting for someone else to arrive to fill the Muster. Shore officer took this "attack on his authority" to his boss, chief of UK operations...and learned 2 things. 1: basically bragging about trying to flout MCA regs and opening the company up to have their operation licences and Ships registries pulled as well as crippling fines, not so good for continued employment. 2: It's the Captains ship! What they say is final. Even the companies owners can be over ruled by the lowly captain when it comes to the ships operation 😂

This Friday I feel from the stairs and hurt my hip. Yesterday isk what I did but I hurt myself AGAIN ON THE LEFT AIDW OF MY BODY. And now I have bruises all over my entire left side. I think that a few bruises and “cuts” on my arm and a arm in pain is really good for a crash at 60-70 km/h.

First story. I will never understand why the usa doesnt have a 1-3 months notice period.... It helps both sides!!! Thank you for being so consistent rslash. It really makes my day to get an upload from you!
Happy Father's Day new dad! Thank you for the video
You need to put in the Nelson Muntz “ha ha” when talking about making more than your old boss! Happy fathers day!
once again, do NOT mess with IT.
It's just not worth it.
It's cool that when you post a video 18 minutes ago, already 4K have seen it.
Being paid to sit around and basically be a dork! That's a job I've dreamed about, and OP got to live it for two months! Lucky bastard, you're my hero!
"Sitting down and reading reddit all day is an amazing job"
You don't say 1.83 MILLIONS sub in youtube... happy you love your job keep at it!
Happy Father’s Day!!!!!! I can already tell you are and are going to be an amazing dad!
Manager: Tells someone to do their job
Someone: Does their job
Manager: gets mad about them doing their job, then proceeds to tell them to do their job
Happy father's day r/slash. Also with that plane story. Why did they have that movie?! I guess those entitled people are scared for life now and hopefully, won't treat the flight crew like trash.
HAPPY FATHERS DAY RSLASH!! I hope you enjoy being a new father with your daughter, enjoy yourself!
Happy Father's Day to Rslash and all the other dads.
Happy Father’s Day rSlash I hope you have a good life
Happy Father's Day r/slash! You've made my life happier for a few years now. I hope your day is wonderful.
Hey happy father's day man I've watched your videos almost daily for about 2 years and they've always managed to cheer me up.
HAPPY FATHERS DAY RSLASH
I know your daughter is a bit young to really celebrate with you, but enjoy your first Father’s Day as a father and take lots of pictures to remember it!
Final Destination would also be a "great" plane film to put on
Happy Fathers Day R/slash! Thank you for making everyone’s day better and I hope your day is amazing with your wife and little girl!
Ugh, I just got fired for not having a car.. A couple weeks later i get a call back from them cause they're so understaffed and busy.
"You fired me man, and are you going to give me $2.50 every shift for the bus?"
"We're going to reconsider."
Don't fire people if you're just gonna beg for them to come back in 2 weeks. Super unprofessional.
happy father’s day rSlash!!! i hope you have a wonderful first father’s day!
"He wanted to make sure i was "loyal to the comany mission". He told me he can tell when people are "looking to make more money". And we tell those people to go work somewhere else". Exactly what my former boss told me when i asked for a raise or at least pay in time :v. Told me in a Friday, next Monday i quit uwu. Best desision ever ❤
reddit videos are just too good to be true
Thank you for uppladdning this to spotify. I started listening to this episode now when I got myself to bed like 2 hours after when I should have. And it’s not for anything you think. I was out driving with my mums boyfriend since I don’t have my license yet. Well… there where gravel in a turn when I already came to fast and my front wheel locked. All my mum could see (she was in a car just after us) was my front wheel hugging the ground but not turning. I hurt my left side FOR THW THIRD TIME THIS WEEKEND!
Happy Father’s Day to an amazing father. Thank you for putting out amazing videos rslash! I hope you enjoy your first Father’s Day!
Snacks on the Plane would have been glorious. The uppity passengers would not only be furious but gets to hear Samuel L Jackson curse 🤬 like a sailor.🤣🤣🤣🤣
Happy Father's Day! Kiss that baby girl extra for us!!! ❤💜💚💕
Happy Father's Day Rslash, I know you're gonna be a great father to your kid!

Happy Father's Day to you rslash and all the wonderful dad's out there!!
I'm so glad the last poster set up all the information about FAA regulations because it was so relevant to the story. I would have been so lost otherwise.
When you read Airport 77, I cried from laughing. And about getting films mixed up, I once thought I'd watch a good comedy film because I needed it. Cue switching on Apocalypse Now when I thought it was Whoops Apocalypse. lol
Happy first Father's day r/slash. Cheers from Florida 🍻
Damn didn't expect to get here so early
Can't expect an employee to be loyal to the company if the company isn't loyal to him
First story.
I will never understand why the usa doesnt have a 1-3 months notice period....
It helps both sides!!!
If a company wants to get rid of an emoyee, the employee has a grace period to find another job.
If an employee leaves a company, the company has a grace period to find a replacement.
I see literaly zero downsides.
"Soooo HA"

"snakes on a plane". pure gold.
Happy Father’s Day RSlash! I’ve always wondered if there was a fine for using pirated software for business use and now I know!
If I watched Snakes on a Plane on an actual plane I would rate 5 stars lol

Yes I want to make more money
Just enough so I don’t have to worry as much about finances and this will allow me to put the company and the families we support first with no issue.
Happy first Father’s Day Rslash. Hope it’s a great one
The irony that installing the legitimate software may have cost more than the fine 😅
Since it's rSlash's first Father's Day, Hope you enjoyed it rSlash!
