We're having a heatwave also. It is 114 degrees F (45.5 C) here right now. When our green beans get sad like that, we feed them to the chickens and the chickens convert them into eggs. Who cares if you are sweaty? That's how the human body works. No shame in that. Be proud!!! You have nothing to hide.

That's extremely high temperature, please be careful! I should have just gave them to the chickens, they were kinda chewy. But I thought I could save some of them! It was more like I looked disheveled and dehydrated! But I filmed the face part with a full on sweat mustache and just went with it. Ha ha you're right, it is how the human body works!

That description of thinly slicing red cabbage, just wow, I felt like I was truly there for it! 😆
Ooo that's the mayo I use 😁 goes well on fries, which are totally vegan too!

It had to be done, or else everyone would lose a huge important part of the recipe 😂
It's probably not surprising that I'm a Lidl mayo kind of girl, but I wanted to try this one, as I like their regular mayo and I have to say I really liked it! Safe to say you have good taste both in mayo and in vegan snacks to go with it 😂

I like the rosemary garlic Olive oil. I will have to add that to my pantry

Now I know why olive oil is so expensive here - you used it all up on meal prepping and now there's a shortage! :D
Jokes aside, great video as always!

      I wasn't expecting to cause a shortage 😂 Thank you 😊

It looks like extra virgin olive oil? I was thinking about you when the news was on TV talking about terrible fires in Portugal. I'm glad nothing that awful happened, but it still sounds like extreme temperatures. It's called a sieve, pronounced "siv", that is thingy with thingy's in them for straining. love the studio by the way. Stay cool Sofia.

The fires are terrible, there's smoke in the air, so much forest and wildlife destroyed and so much property damage and human suffering. I honestly avoid the news.
It is extra virgin olive oil, a family member makes it from their own olive trees and I'm lucky enough to always be gifted some. I can't remember buying olive oil.
Sieve, that's the word I was looking for! I'm on that "life's too short to be googling every word I forget" sort of mentality, there's always someone who will help and that's pretty cool!

@@BeetTheRush I try to avoid the news too, but somehow I heard in the background "fires in northern Portugal", which pricked my ears, as I knew that's where you lived. You are so lucky with the oil - they would be my dream relatives haha. Stay safe cool girl.
