Our family has some Bonnie & Clyde history. Mine was my dad, who loaded some handmade chairs into their car after they purchased them at his dad's store. My mother in Law's father, helped pull their car out of a ditch when they were on their way to their demise. Her sister grew up with Clyde's sister and palled around with her in Clyde's old neighborhood where Clyde's Dad has a service station. You are braver than I am, getting lost in "nowhere". Safe travels.
adamthewoo i wait and wait everyday for your next vlog and they are brilliant . i love the way you edit it all with the drone. its good the way you give alot of information with the vlog. keep it up.. just one question.. how can you afford all this travelling.??
+christopher roberts he has told us a thousand times...T-shirt sales and Patreon...he was paying almost 2000.00 a month for the house and bills in California, now that he does not have all that he it cost him less to do what he is doing
I bet Bonnie and Clyde traveled down some of those Missouri back roads you got lost on. they just have that Vibe and really look like roads from back then.
Hey Adam, keep up the great videos coming. You just gave me a huge smile. I'm from Mexico City and 10 years ago I was living in Missouri next to Sedalia in Warrensburg, and watching the state fair entrance made me smile. Just as a note, in Warrensburg is a statue of a dog, which is the beginning of the saying "dog is man best friend". Thanks for all the great videos.
I was thinking the same thing -- I grew up in northeastern Oklahoma and always wanted to check out the spook light. It is not that far from Joplin. Hopefully Adam the Woo will check it out.
and you know Adam, we are so glad you make these vlogs. You are showing us parts of America we would never have seen thanks to your videos. Now I get the idea not to go overseas and visit places, but to visit places here in America. So many nice little museums in our country. We hear so much about the big museums but it's nice to see a small museum in a small town and the treasures that lie within. Looks like the cat is a big fan of yours! Hahaha!!!
A true adventure! A road less traveled adds to the excitement :-). so many interesting and fun places you've been. Thanks for taking us along. Hope to see you in Indiana when you get here.!
Adam, I grew up in the country in the 1960s. My Grand parents did NOT have INDOOR facilities at first and we too had the OUT house. The Sears & Roebuck catalog served TWO purposes............ Reading material & Cleaning needed places ................. :)
HEY Herb ! I lived in a house with the outside yellow jacket hangout ! haha. Funny , it never occurred to me that Adam might not have known the dual utility of the famous Sears & Roebuck catalogue ! LOL.
Yes, Those dreaded Wasps...........Ran out of that out house more than once as a little boy ,with my pants around my ankles....SCREAMING for GrandMa!! ..and I don't even want to talk about spiders under the seat!! :)
I would get freaked out, too, but also laugh at how dependent we've become on our smartphones! Only 10 years ago people relied on Mapquest printouts LOL!!!
Every time you say The daily Woo it makes me smile :) I am very into Bonnie and Clyde so their hideout was awesome. Thank you for taking us along with you on your travels. Be safe, looking forward to tomorrow! PS, if you make it to Ohio, in Warren we have a Neil Armstrong site that has a lunar module and marks where he took his very first flight in a plane.
Adam!! So glad that you do what you do too... just wanted to take a moment here to say thanks for bringing all this cool stuff to us and traveling the nooks and crannies of America. We certainly live vicariously through you and enjoy all the places that you go to. Keep up the great work and, well brother, Im happy to hear that YOU are HAPPY doing what you are right now... here on RUclips.... shall you? Peace and safe travels, Jeff G in Chicago
Adam The Woo... Thank you.. For your adventures! I look forward everyday to learning something new... Love your vlogs.... Btw.. Kudos on Your new haircut!
The crazier and more wild you say, "It's The Daily Woo!" the better! Love your intro. Wow! You're like a new man in this vlog. New pants to go with the new cut, you look so happy! 😊😊😊✌🏻️
I hate to say it but you are passing up a lots of really cool stuff. Like Red-Oak II, Belle Starr house/ relocated western town. Caves, outlaw hideouts, too bad you didn't head to Springfield and Branson; plus Eureka Springs & Crystal Bridges Art Museum. All of this would blow your freeking mind. You would totally want to live here.
I will admit I was a little sad when you left Cali my friend but THIS is the Woo I think we all missed and are glad is back.. These Daily Vlogs are soooo mesmerizing.... informative.... fun...and help us all escape. Yes- I am talking for everyone. Stay safe! #letsWOOthis
Love past history!! Always have been fascinated with Bonnie and Clyde!! Cool Vlog!! All good things to you Adam!! Look forward to watching you!! Happy I am vicariously going with you on your adventures!! Love the Majestic!! God continue to keep you safe!! K-marts are gone here in NJ!!
I'm happy you make them. 😃 Seriously, I get into bed at night, watch a little RUclips, and your daily vlog is the first one I look for. I'm going to introduce your vids to my family. I think my 12 & 13 year olds will enjoy them as much as me. I'll start them off at the day you leave your house in California.
Excellent job talking about my home town. The cat is one of the most interesting parts of the museum. l grew up not far from the shoot out house. Many don't know about it, or Joplin ' s boom town mining history.
Glad things are going well for you. Best of luck on your new adventure and cheers to your continued success. I just moved to the small town of Wakefield KS. and spent the 4th in Adrian Mo with friends..thats a pretty cool area your visiting this week.Stay safe Adam..
Adam, I have enjoyed the past few days of videos since you left California. Especially the video where you went back to your home town. Hope everything is going well for you.
The convenience store, behind you, by the Volkswagen-and - fire hydrant, is where I worked at in the 1980's, as a second job. Great to know you traveled through...
So cool that you found that bullet hole in Bonnie and Clyde's apartment and I loved that kitty following you around. Lol, the kid in the PETA shirt working at a beef outlet.
Adam you inspire me to get up and go. Don't ever let things hold you back. Thank you for letting me dream through your vlogs. Never stop doing this, your an inspiration to thousands. :)
Thanks for the info on Joplin, we drove through there after the tornados went through there and was unaware that Bonnie and Clyde hideout was there, next route 66 trip, definitely gonna make a stop to pay my respects to history. Kudos and safe travels!
It's awesome that you've discovered innovative new uses for The Majestic, like using it as GPS to navigate and for us to check out that mushroom house that would otherwise be off-limits or inaccessible. Love it!
Nice one yet again! At my old apartment complex in Sunnyvale, there are "Duck Crossing" signs out on the street. Seems there's a flock of ducks that have been returning there for 50+ years during spring "duckling" season. They take over the swimming pool and walkway gardens for a few months before moving on. Amused the heck out of my parents the first time they came over to visit. I hadn't hit "like" over the cat, but I will now. :-) Oh, and great practical use of the drone to find your way out!!
really loving the videos out on the road. thanks for showing Harry Truman's birthplace, being from the KC area, and being surrounded by a lot of Truman history that's one place I hadn't been. great job!
I felt like i was missing apart of my daily life because i had not gotten to watch TDW yet. so now i feel more at ease knowing ive done my duty and can go home and sleep well plus this was a really good TDW i loved it .
Great video Adam! Love these trips off the beaten path. The K-Mart was in Sedalia, which is pronounced Suh-DAY-lee-UH. It was one of many places nuked in "The Day After."
Love what you do! So happy that you are traveling and seeing new things! It's truly awesome to get to see you somewhere new everyday, and hope one day I can do the same!
LOVE following you on your road trip!!! Thank you for sharing your journey with us. Hope you continue to have safe travels! You are so very very cool :)
I'm loving these vlogs so much!! As soon as I get up in the morning I check to see if the new one is up. I love seeing and hearing about small town sights and history, along with the bigger city history and sights.
Man, I live in Joplin and you brought back some memories of the old museum. Nice to see someone appreciating our little town. P.s. The cat is like the unofficial museum mascot.
I love your filming Adam. I explore in The Netherlands but do this in my spare time. I love my job and have no need to quit that but exploring is awesome. I really want to explore in the US someday for a few months but untill then i keep watching your videos so you can scout ahead of me. Cheers mate ( a true fan for more the 3 years now).

@Adamthewoo That Metal mushroom is called a morel mushroom! I Grew up gathering them on my uncle's property and they are awesome sauteed in butter. I love Trivia and I thought you would enjoy a bit of trivia :) Love your Channel!
This is another great video!!! So interesting!!! I have never been to these places and now I get to see them through your eyes. I appreciate that. Thank you.
I had to take a sec, stop and rewind to read the label on the cheese curds. I thought it said Troyers, and I was correct! Troyers is a big company in Ohio Amish country (Holmes county), that is the original maker of Trail Bologna. It's not called Trail because you eat it while camping "on the trail". It's made in Trail, Ohio! I live in Akron now, but grew up close to Amish county. My parents have a great many friends there. Keep making the great video, Adam!
Hey Adam, I dont have the physical abilties to do much with my life due to having Multiple Sclerosis .... I third that! I actually was out and had to go to the store first. Thanks for the start to the day Woo!
I wouldn't live in the bonnie and clyde house. Its haunted.

We have the exact same morning ritual......and nearly the same name. Do-Do-Do-Do,Dude,it's like the Twilight Zone :) jk
I bet Bonnie and Clyde traveled down some of those Missouri back roads you got lost on. they just have that Vibe and really look like roads from back then.

That's cool you came to Joplin. I live in Joplin and could have shown you the old spook light. It's a cool place. Hope you had a good time.
I was thinking the same thing -- I grew up in northeastern Oklahoma and always wanted to check out the spook light. It is not that far from Joplin. Hopefully Adam the Woo will check it out.
Been watching your videos off and on for a couple of years, really enjoying your road trip, the drone adds a great perspective!

I too have family from North Carolina only 2 generations ago that did not have indoor plumbing. Crazy world we live in.
+disneymatt01 i had a house in England that came with an outside toilet, it still had the paper on the cistern when we moved in from 1948!
Yes, Those dreaded Wasps...........Ran out of that out house more than once as a little boy ,with my pants around my ankles....SCREAMING for GrandMa!!

Dude!! Getting lost on that road would've freaked Me out!! lol thank God You had the Majestic!!

Me too!
I would get freaked out, too, but also laugh at how dependent we've become on our smartphones! Only 10 years ago people relied on Mapquest printouts LOL!!!
+GrilledCheezeSammich my husband and I have dumb phones and no GPS devices, so when we go road tripping, we have the atlas and maps. They work!
Adam, just so you know, I am really happy you are making these videos. It's been super fun tagging along on your road trip.
Guard cat at the museum. LOL
Every time you say The daily Woo it makes me smile :) I am very into Bonnie and Clyde so their hideout was awesome. Thank you for taking us along with you on your travels. Welcome to (thru) Missouri. Thank you for posting these. So much fun!
Your videos have gone from AWESOME to EPIC! I didn't think it was possible for them to get any better, then you mixed a lot of courage with some adventurous spirit and made it happen!!! The "Majestic"was a very good investment to increase the quality of your videos as well!
You motivated me to drink only water and try and get in shape. I watch all of your daily vlogs and cant wait to see what adventures and misadventures you get in to! I missed the meetup last time you were in Orlando, so you know, COME BACK!
I have really enjoyed these videos of this trip very much-you seem really relaxed and less frenetic--I think it was yesterday that Jen asked Tim Tracker what he was doing and he said watching Adam the Woo-and he commented how much he was enjoying the trip-keep up the good work----if you have never done it look at the Lincoln Trail down through Kentucky and Tennessee-sinking springs is a magical place-they have the birthplace, the boyhood home and I don't know what all-I did it back in the 90s
Loved the history that you are seeing in the Mid West. Gives me ideas for a long week end road trip, since I live in the Mid West. :)
@Adamthewoo That Metal mushroom is called a morel mushroom! I Grew up gathering them on my uncle's property and they are awesome sauteed in butter. I love Trivia and I thought you would enjoy a bit of trivia :) Love your Channel!

Been to Joplin many many times, I lived in Springfield Missouri for years.
That's how horror movies begin!
I was alittle worried there for a second! Glad your drone showed you the way back to safety.
If you get into the Akron/Canton area, I'd be more than happy to take you into the area and go to non-tourist places, possibly even into a full working farm and dinner. PM me if you are interested!
Keep making the great video, Adam!
