That's the way to revive a car thats been sitting! Change everything.. fuel filter, oil filter, engine oil, trans and diff fluids, drain fuel tank, flush coolant system, swap plugs and leads if you need to, clear air filter/intake, check cambelt, drop a bit of oil or something in cylinders, prime oil pump for a bit then start it up. I see so many youtubers that just start them straight up with minimal work.
That Silver on Red FD is the perfect spec.
What a journey to getting this car! Sorry about Zack, naming the car after him is a great way to honor him.

You should get a manual vacuum oil extractor. Those things are absolutely ideal for that kind of situation where you need to change the oil but can't easily get the car out and on jack stands. Just feed the vacuum hose down the dip stick tube and pop the fill cap and suck out all the sludgy oil.

Oh man, this + a cheeky grannas T56 swap is my dream car. Renaissance Red and stock wheels 👌. With so few pristine ones left it's good to see this one going to the best new home possible.
That silver/red RX7 is a dream car/color combo of mine. What a crazy find, I woulda grabbed it in a heartbeat as well!

Man, I really enjoyed this. Such beautiful cars and it's such a rarity now to see original JDM legends. Yeah, the race cars and highly tuned streetcars are cool; but the original ones just seem so much more special. Awesome content. RAD's being rad. 🤍🤍

I am really impressed with the way you guys first sorted out the Supra before taking it back. I have seen so many barn find cars that was driven home without taking care of them first. It really makes me sad seeing cars being driven without a proper oil change etc.
You know it, you gotta do the proper maintenance if you want the car to be reliable

Dan, I would love to see a BPU build and keep this car looking mostly stock, even with the stock wheels. I think it would be a massive flex to daily a MK4 that still has a mostly stock motor and stock wheels. Hit up Rob Dahm, I’m sure he’d have a good home for those FDs.
