I’m 6’2 and 220, the only weight iv been going up to is either 60s and 70s on days that I feel good, I’m almost 40 and that works for me..do what works for you👍🏼
If i Alternate my right and left foot and take a step im walking, now if i speed it up im running. See the difference in pace. Theres many benefits, to alternating the steps you take. 😊
Start with db incline 3 sets, drop to 1/2 incline 2-3 sets, then 2 sets flat. Been lifting for a long time and this has provided fast gains. Following all the RUclips stuff but Arnold mentions various angles in a workout and my best gains are coming from that approach. He never mentions changing multiple incline angles during a workout in any article or book. If you’re getting stale - try it. This along with the above video on form should help.
that’s way too much volume bro. 7-8 sets for one muscle group is overkill. 1 maybe 2 warm up sets than one set to failure. you don’t need to hit every angle like that either. 2 warm up sets 1 set to failure on BB decline then 1 warm up 1 set to failure on DB incline. 2 sets of chest fly then done. dips on another day

Retract scapula, lock your lats down, push through your chest and flex at the top. You don’t need heavy weight to grow your muscles, you need intensity (volume, rest pauses, dropsets, supersets, slower negatives, whatever you need to to increase the intensity) and consistency over time.

I’d use heavier dumbbells, but getting set up to start is real tricky sometimes with just 55-60’s

Strange my upper chest mostly grew with high incline flyers because of my rotator cuff problem I could not press heavy
