    He’s saying best in the world remember he trains literally the best in the world that also takes gear and honestly at a point to really go heavy heavy you would need assistance from such to do it with form and cut up as bodybuilders do but for us natural dudes getting to 150lb is possible but let’s be real there’s gonna be some cheating especially with ONLY contracting the chest when doing it 120lb dumbbells are great even 100lb dumbbells you just won’t be a bodybuilder 🙄😂

    Oh I use a lot less than that take a little bit of trembalone acetate and my s*** is bad to the Bone fool 65 lb dumbbells 75 lb dumbbells you don't need no more than that and I'm bad to the Bone dog

    If i Alternate my right and left foot and take a step im walking, now if i speed it up im running. See the difference in pace. Theres many benefits, to alternating the steps you take. 😊

    Bro...gtfoh I can rest a shot glass on mine ..I have striated definition and head separation...and all of that I owe to Cable Flies...Plate raises..Dips n pull overs...only once a week do I use dumbbells and they're never over 65lbs...I can't stand the " this is the only way it can happen" crowd

    100lbs dumbbells 10 x 10 or 100 push ups straight? People I know that can do that many push ups nonstop have a better physique and can fight/have less injuries. As a beginner it's good to try and strain both goals; strong, lean, open, and durable. Prison Fitness.

    I’m 6’2 and 220, the only weight iv been going up to is either 60s and 70s on days that I feel good, I’m almost 40 and that works for me..do what works for you👍🏼

    90 to 100 lbs for natty dude is a lot. If you wanna be somewhat lean. Most natty dudes need to get a bit more fat to be able to push more. Then you look big. But when you eanna get bit more lean. Strenght goes away.
