The swing really count ? Because I start one step from the bar and I jump, but I think I don't have enough swing. But when I have more swing, I'm scaried ^^ (sorry I'm French, there are probably mistakes)
Yes,it matters.If you have more swing you can go higher or if you can,you can push your waist in when doing the kicking motion.This one can also help if you are too scared.Of course it is easier with a bigger swing so practice and try to overcome your fear :) Anyways,I am Hungarian so I have problems like you have too,so don't worry.

Recently I've been practicing muscle up 360, on a lower bar I am kinda able to preform, but I hit the ground befor I could finish the movement, but I am afraid to release the bar when it is higher. Igazából főként statikus elemeket gyakorlok mostanában,de ezt én is meg tudom csinálni és ugyan ezzel a problémával szenvedtem mikor próbálgattam,szóval tudok segíteni.Nekem az segített,ha a magasabb rúdról csak simán leugrok párszor,valamint mielőtt megpróbálom magát a muscle up 360at csinálok előtte vagy 4 ilyen egyszerűbb csak 180nak mondható dolgot.
@@BalexDoesMinecraft Yep,it is hard to learn the kipping motion.Honestly,it was really wird,how I learnt it.I laied on the ground and tried to do the same motion just like on the bar.Anyways,try to push your weist in,when doing the kick,so you can go higher a bit.Holding the bar is also a great idea,but don't hold on for too long,because you will fall.Believe me,I've tried it,it can help but take care.In the following videos I will make a shrip flip tutorial,where I will explain everything so chack it out if you want.
