Given the amount of South African soliders that have died whilst assisting the DRC in this war, Ramaphosa's administration and the ANC have a duty to hand him and his cronies over to the Congo! So many of our soldiers have died in this war! It makes no sense for South Africa to send soldiers into a battlefield while simultaneously housing its opponents' army captains 😳! I believe top officials are aware of Kabila's presence, it's difficult for me to believe differently... I'm actually quite embarrassed about this.
It might even be possible to lay charges on him domestically for war crimes however our sentencing might be lighter and unsuitable for the kind of terrorism M23 has inflicted on the Congolese people. The sentence the DRC wants to hand down is most suitable.

from what I read in some blog Makenga was part of the Rwandese that assisted kabila Snr gain power by overthrowing Mobutu , that's how they got to be in the Congolese army
