This is EXACTLY what my drummer and I did. My drummer triggered his bass drum using a ddrum trigger and Alesis drum module. We then plugged into my Soundcraft GIGRAC powered mixer. We started sounding so clean & crazy. Haha!
Hey man, any advise about sounding clean? I just got one of the alesis strike amps and connected my electronic kit to it but the bass doesn't sound as clean as i expected
I believe they are all different brands under inMusic. That explains why they all have similar looks and features but there is just a very slight difference in sound when listening to the Alesis, Headrush, and Alto brands. Every other thing is quite similar since they're all produced by inMusic
Hey, Mark. Thanks for reaching out. Absolutely. This would work with the DTX. Thanks again. Jason Thiele, Senior Sweetwater Sales Engineer, (800) 222-4700 ext. 1391, jason_thiele@sweetwater.com
@@sweetwater I decided to go with the Roland td17kvx along with the Alesis Amp 12. Ordered them from Sweetwater earlier today. My first ekit so I’m pretty stoked to try them out. Thanks!
Hey, David. Thanks so much for your interest. This one does not have Bluetooth unfortunately. I hope this helps. Jason Thiele, Senior Sweetwater Sales Engineer, (800) 222-4700 ext. 1391, jason_thiele@sweetwater.com
Hello, Jason! Most definitely. Simply use a standard 1/4" instrument cable to hook the two up and you'll be all set. Thanks for the interest! Cody Kraus, Sweetwater Sales Engineer, (800) 222-4700 ext. 1766, cody_kraus@sweetwater.com
@@sweetwater hey I'm sorry if im bugging ya lol I really do appreciate the quick response would you mind answering one more quick question? How many extra pads or cymbals can you add to this module? Thanks again.
@@grxygxds No worries! You can add a total of four additional cymbals or pads to this kit. Fee free to contact me at the number below if you have further questions. Cody Kraus, Sweetwater Sales Engineer, (800) 222-4700 ext. 1766, cody_kraus@sweetwater.com
Could be my bad Nick but after you were talking about the xlr to daisy chaining more speakers you said a stereo drum monitor is very cool. So I got an xlr cable only to find out you have to use the L and R from the module to get stereo. NOT L (mono) then xlr (daisy chain) to the other speaker. Now I need another cable I don't have. If you and Sweetwater would like to send me one for my troubles That'd be cool.

Joshua Adedeji have you checked your eq settings in the module? These things handle low end really well
Hi, Nick! Do you really like this one more than the Simmons DA2012B?
How does this compare to the Simmons DA2112?
Can I hook up tm2 Roland and roland SPD-SX drum pad for front of house and not have to by di box?
does it come with cables to connect your strike pro?
Not sure why but I blew the tweeter on mine what do I replace it with ?
How does this differ from the Headrush and Alto?

I have the jbl eon 15 . They lack major power for my live electronic drum situation. Are these louder . I'm not Impressed with the jbls at all
Looks exactly like the Headrush 112 and the Alto TS312
Same company owns all those models!
😍😍😍
Will this work with a Yamaha DTX6K3? I’m trying to decide between this amp & the Simmons DA2012B

What makes it a 'drum' foldback? Isn't it just a normal foldback with the word drum in the title?
They don't handle low bass very good prone to distortion.

How exactly did you think that only having left provided to a unit would somehow magically provided right from a different unit? I'm so confused

Needs Bluetooth
Bluetooth is overrated when using drum amps.
