Thanks for the compliments! Love David Foster too - and yeah, obviously Josh's voice is awesome, which makes it hard to live up to his version with an instrumental - but as long as the songs can stand on their own, there's always room for acoustic piano.
I think you should also play "When you said you love me" on your piano.

That was really good. My compliments, but I'm going to mention a negative. Your posture is not good. It will create problems for you as you age with spine curvature and bone spurs that will eventually give you neck pain, epecially when you play piano. I know this because I deal with it now. Wish someone would have told me when I was your age. You are young now and can correct it. Hope this doesn't offend you. You are truly a excellent pianist. I look forward to your next video.
