- Got the call for a possible transplant over the weekend and was told to be ready for updates and to possibly go into the hospital. It could happen and it may not. Waiting for a transplant even at this stage can be a roller coaster ride. Find out how life while listed and what I do over the years while waiting on a potential donor.

Thank you for the wishes. Just celebrated 29 months post deceased donor transplant. So far, so good. No major issues. Although still a daily Kidney Journey with things to keep an eye on with certain medication adjustments.
Must be existing and somewhat nervous.
I'm 8 years in dialysis, waiting for the call.
