In New Orleans after hurricane Katrina, the bad guys who stayed behind to loot and pillage kept shooting at helicopters that were trying to bring in aid. Some unit (I don’t know what) was sent in and told to give them one chance to surrender. If they don’t, then wipe them out.
      They didn’t surrender.
I was working property claims there after the hurricane and was shocked when I heard on the radio that law enforcement had killed over a dozen gang members in a shootout earlier that day. Of course, years later the families of the gang members were sueing.

So weird to see the sculpture at the beginning turned on, it never worked right. It was supposed to make sound be the effect didn't work. Adding to the humor of knowing the real life location, this plaza is literally in the middle of all the gov't buildings so not quite a spot for a bunch of loitering thugs... plenty of homeless though.

The homeless situation in L..A is absolute utter disgrace, everybody turn's a blind eye to what's going on over there in their own backyard,, at this this stage its at crisis point a national emergency would need to be issued and a task force put in place to deal with the emergency... their is no shortage of money in California..you can clearly see that by what they pay actors in the Hollywood circles, instead of paying the likes of these actor clowns 20 million a pop...The money would be better spent if it was redirected towards the homeless crisis

This was at the age of 80 years old when all of the other people in the movie were taking a break this is what Charles Bronson would do
