It always happens like that. You get contacted when a property is a disaster and you have to clean it up. I wish I'd get contacted for a nice property, but if everything is great with the current contractor they wouldn't be hiring me lol Sucks to always be the guy who actually does detail work and has to cleanup after everyone else, BUT its always a blessing to pickup more accounts! Keep rockin'!
Usually, I have taken over maintained contracts to. Which I prefer lol

See Wally if they would have contracted you last year they wouldn't have wasted money with the other two companies that couldn't handle it. As for the residential property they must have been embarrassed having their lawn looking like that. And back to the condos that grass was just saturated with rain water. Now that water can evaporate into the air. You and your crew does excellent work.

Rather than buying all new machines for just being able to side discharge the grass, why not go to ballard-inc & buy the advance shoot system & outfit your current line of mowers. Then have the ability to turn every mower into either a mulcher or side discharge. The price of one new machine could outfit most of your mowers....?
No offense but I won't purchase from there. And a chute blocker doesn't mulch like a true mulch kit. And having extra mowers they don't become extra, they become necessary:):)

Have you ever tried out a bed redefiner attachment, or do you think they are a waste of time?
I think it depends on the bed itself. We haven't edged this property yet when I had taken these pictures we ended up edging it and putting a really nice fat deep edge on it. I accomplished it by putting a brand new blade on and running it at a bit of an angle actually three different angles makes it look trenched out
