If you have a smart number 9 (aka CF, aka the false 9), the 4-3-3 false 9 is the best formation. You have to teach your team to pass the ball in triangles. And they need to understand that the wingers and fullbacks are the ONLY players that should cover the flanks offensively and defensively. Your team MUST dominate the ball though. Plus, your false 9 MUST draw the CBs out of position, such as into the midfield. And when he does, your 7 and 8 have to know to make runs into the centre (where the 9 traditionally is), behind the defense. When your team understands these things, it's hard to beat the 4-3-3 false 9. Your team doesn't even need to be the greatest physically. You just need your false 9 to be a skilled and smart player that can run all day long. If the rest of the team understands how the formation works, they don't have to be the most skilled team in the league. They'll be very tough to beat regardless.
fully agree with you!! But you can execute a 3-4-3 in the exact same manner as the 4-3-3 with a false 9. I do this with my YO-15 team and when everyone understands the role of the false 9, but also the wingers in midfield then many opponents do not understand why the attacker walks away and they will follow him/her in 95% of the time which creates the space you require. But with all such attacking formations you need to ensure you keep posession on the ball and try to use the created space with diagonal passing so that its difficult to stop.@@ttjesus4959

I admire this formation but I prefer 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3 especially a false 9
