VIDEO SUMMARY
With no access to the gym during the pandemic, I challenged myself to transform my full body by working out at a playground for 30 days. No weights. Just gravity and callisthenics. I hope I made Chris Heria proud!
DIET
I practiced intermittent fasting in the morning and ate a large lunch and dinner at around 2pm and 9pm, respectively. I followed my usual diet during this challenge, which consists of mostly Chinese food (a mix of meat, vegetables and rice or noodles). I personally think that I should have eaten more during this challenge in order to gain more mass. I drank protein powder for the first week, then I ran out lol.
FULL-BODY WORKOUT ROUTINE
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
Abs:
- Reverse Crunch x 20 reps x 3 sets
Back:
- Pull-up x 10 reps x 3 sets
- Inverted Rows x 10 reps x 3 sets
Biceps:
- Chin-up x 10 reps x 3 sets
- Monkey Bar Chin-ups x 10 reps x 3 sets
Legs:
- Single-Leg Calf Raises x 10 reps x 3 sets x 2 legs
- Platform Jump x 10 reps x 3 sets
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:
Abs:
- Hanging Knee Tucks x 20 reps x 3 sets
Legs:
- Elevated Back Lunge x 10 reps x 3 sets x 2 legs
Chest:
- Push-up or Decline Push-up x MAX reps x 3 sets
- Spiderman or Archer Push-up x MAX reps x 3 sets
Triceps:
- Dip x 10 reps x 3 sets
- Straight Bar Dip x 10 reps x 3 sets
Legs:
- Platform Jump x 10 reps x 3 sets

For those that are confused about this transformation....He's already been into the fitness industry, it's like he's shredding after bulk...!
He def already had muscle mass but his rear delts, lats and triceps were noticeably larger
@@ryenlee728 I'm hesitant but I think this after is more post pump then anything. 30 days isn't enough time but this might also be because he previously had muscle so it was easier to regain?

This is freaking awesome! I did something similar at the start of lockdown. Started going down the road to a calisthenics park every day. 4 months in now, im very close to my first ever muscle up which was a goal I never thought I could achieve.

I think the most important part of this transformation was the diet.
Diet and exercise is very important you wont get much results without the other one . With only working out and not eating healthy you destroy your process, so both are extremely important . But in this case its a transformation from a slightly out of shape to back in shape so idk if its more depending on a diet

@@RonStayDolo dont be upset your mom is working hard to keep you fed i know how hard it can be offer her that you will make meals from now on . you dont need toomuch money to eat healthy just look up some recipes on the internet go to the store and make a healthy dinner once in a while . just be thankfull for the things that you have
and dont stop working out just because you dont have a diet its a stupid excuse and remember to sleep enough :)

The thing is that there are many people who gets in shape without a gym, and instead from an outdoor playground doing calisthenics. You don't even need a gym or need weights to get in shape. But calisthenics takes more work, effort and time
