- Hey Guys, welcome to another Zero-G Vlog. Today I'm at Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville, KY. In this video I review all the roller coasters which are T3, Kentucky Flyer, Storm Chaser, Lightning Run & Thunder Run. I love Kentucky kingdom... It may lack shade and have a wierd layout but what they do have is amazing. Storm Chaser is amazing!!

I just convinced myself to ride coasters for the first time at age 27 as I’ve been terrified of heights my entire life. I live in Kentucky so this is my home park and Kentucky flyer was perfect. I immediate went to thunder run and the storm chaser, followed by lightning run. Storm chaser blew my mind I rode it 3 times that day it was fantastic.
Storm Chaser is easily one of my top bucket list coasters.
Yeah it's awesome. Kind of underrated actually.

Kentucky kingdom is my Home Park. It's not much but hey I grew up going to this Park and it will always have a place in my heart. Have you heard the news that the Park is bringing back its Halloween event called Hallowscream this October!!! If you didn't get to check this out in the past I would for sure recommend coming back to check it out! It should be a Spooky Fun Time!! Plus you will hopefully get to experience the Park at night!!!

Outstanding Patrick. I wish I could afford to get to all these places. I am headed back to Florida, again, on July 8 for 10 days, going to see if I can get up to Busch Gardens this time, the heat doesn’t bother me, I love hot weather.
Yeah I just bought a house so I won't be able to make as many trips now but Yeah it's a lot of fun. But yeah Busch Gardens is amazing. I hope you make it over there.
Now that I go to college in Louisville this is my homepark and I'm so excited cause ive never had one. Well, I live 10 minutes from mt Olympus but that doesn't count cause it sucks
Storm chaser and lightning run are insane i like lightning run a little more but there both in my top 5 ive ridden
Yeah they are great underrated coasters for sure.

@@CoasterFanatics I would love for my home park SFGAM to tear down Demon and replace it with something similar but keep the same Demon theme!

Eh....Demon going.....I don’t know. 😕 Yeah it’s kinda shaky, plus it’s not the worst Arrow loopers in existence. Buts it’s too classic like the Whizzer. But I know things don’t last forever. I am just dreading the day it goes.

Thank you very much. I'm glad you enjoyed. There is a possibility that I may go to Cedar Point later this summer but it isn't set in stone. I do have vlogs from 2017 or 2018 from both parks if you want to check them out.

I REALLY wanted to go there this year so I could ride some of my favorite coasters but the schedule at work is full and I can’t. I’m happy you had a good time there!

One train ops on every thing in June but Kentucky flyer had two traines
Yeah the ops at this park can be slow at times for sure.

T3 was the first SLC to open in the US. But even with new trains/restraints it's still a pain from what I've read. I'd still take it over Mind Eraser though.
As for the dry park surrounding the water park, that's also the layout at Kings Dominion and Herhsey Park.
Thunder Run is also a pain, not as much as it's Dinn cousin Predator (Darien Lake).
Kentucky Flyer, well family coaster or not, Timberliner trains look sweet

I want to ride storm chaser. How come you have the Mili theme music as your intro though? Also I thought you were gonna say Twisted Timbers when you were talking about Storm Chaser. They have some similar elements.
I play millennium music for my steel coaster videos.Twisted timbers is also similar but when I got off at the moment it reminded me more of twisted cyclone as far as the feeling of the ride.
I haven't been yet, thinking of maybe going soon. Are the lines bad?
Both times I went there, all the coasters were a walk on. Not sure if it's always like that.
Practical question: Do you wear that hat when you ride? If so, how do you keep from losing it? If not, where do you put it when you ride? (And if it's in the park bins, don't you find that to be a pain?)
No I don't, it's strictly to protect my bald head from the sun when I'm walking around the park. It's a pretty floppy hat and folds easily to fit in my side pocket when I ride. However, lately I've been bringing a small backpack to hold my camera gear as well as other items including my hat which I've been putting in the bins. I don't like putting stuff in the bins but sometimes it's better than buying a locker, lol.
Thanks for answering. I ask because in a couple of days I'm leaving on a massive coaster trip and I'm thinking of bringing a hat (something I never do). Floppy hat shoved into the pocket seems like a possibility for me.

I’m so bummed... I live like 15 mins away from there and no one wants to go up there with me. Smh. I still need to get on Storm Chaser and Kentucky Flyer. I’ve been on everything else.

CoasterFanatics update: I utilized a 2 day ticket last weekend. I marathoned Storm Chaser (14 rides between the 2 days) and got on Kentucky Flyer about 2-3 times. I’m torn between Lightning Run and Storm Chaser as being my #1. There’s a valid argument for both rides.
So you just go by yourself to all these parks?
It depends, usually in my long trips like this I go alone. On shorter weekend trips I go with friends and family.
What is your coaster count at the moment?
I'm not sure. I don't keep track. It's around 250ish.
T3 might be the worst SLC out there
Yeah it's right up there, lol.

Yeah I've heard both those are very bad as well.
T3 is not that bad its one of the best coasters in KY, which Kentucky doesn't have that many coasters anyway.
