    I was geeked as hell when I was in lab figuring out that Leo can do up to 100 or 101dmg(can't remember which) now without smashing my fingers

    Good video, but for the love of God, why is it that every single Tekken combo video I've watched since 8 has come out nobody has inputs turned on?

      Haha sorry 😂
      don't like how the command history looks, kinda distracting.
      Usually I add commands on the screen for more detailed vids, but this was supposed to be a shorter one.

      Probably because the people who watch and make combo videos are expected to already be familiar with the character and move list. If you need the notation you should watch a leo tutorial then return to this video 👍🏾

      @@718NecroLeX I think it's a fair criticism, after all guides are supposed to teach people and provide information. In this case I wanted to demonstrate some general changes and ideas around Leos combos in T8. A detailed staple combo guide will follow at some point

    I keep it simple 4 F2 B12 into your standard combo and for long wall carries I do B14 DF UF2 DF U2 324 or to save tailspin do DF WS 312 or DF UF12 if you need to go farther throw in heat after the last DF do WS3 into heat and just carry them from there with UF11 or F4 U2. If you dont wanna use your Tailspin use UF12, WS312, and QC21you have to judge how far you are from the wall to use any of those so practice on which to use. I have a vid on my channel if yall wanna check it out

      Personally I haven't decided yet on what to staple, I like to do one cancel and either b1,4 into b1,4 or b1,4 into b1,1+2 but it's a bit awkward if you decide for no screw midway 😅

    Pleaaaaaaaase post the commands for the combo that has no tornado.
    Or also, can you respond in comments, when you’ve launched someone, what are your go to filler moves? Which tornado mid combo do you tend to use?

    • @tehkenfightergames4545
      @tehkenfightergames4545  10 месяцев назад

      Rn I keep it very simple and go for b1,4 d/f ws3 f4 d/f ws3 f4 d/f 2,1 or, if the wall is not close at that point do b1,4 d/f ws3 f4 d/f ws3 f4 d/f u1 S! deepdash b2,4
      The combo in the video has two KNK cancels and is pretty difficult, it'll only add a few points of dmg
      b1,4 KNKc b1,4 KNKc f4 d/f ws3,1,2
      The next one is: b1,4 KNKc 3,2,4 d/f ws3,1,2

    Do yourself a favor and after launch just do f2, b1+2,1+2, d 1,2, b1+2, 1+2 qcf 2.

    • @chc2650
      @chc2650 11 месяцев назад +1

      Whats dv?

    • @tehkenfightergames4545
      @tehkenfightergames4545  11 месяцев назад +1

      Idk how that's doing yourself a favour...
      Optimal would be 4, f2, B1,1+2d, bok1,2, B1+2,1+2,qcf2
      But that's only optimized for damage, there's Oki to consider too, and spamming this combo will cost you a lot of dmg on wall stages.

    • @paradiseb5950
      @paradiseb5950 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@tehkenfightergames4545 no, cause 4, f2 is not consistent it depends on the distance when you launch. Only with big launches like bok 2 or db 3 you can connect f3, f2 then continue with b1+2,… biggest dmg and easiest. Everything else is eye candy but fun to do. But yeah if you want wall combos you can finish with something other than b1+2,1+2 qcf2.

    • @tehkenfightergames4545
      @tehkenfightergames4545  11 месяцев назад

      @@paradiseb5950
      Then how about b1,1+2 1 f3d BOK1,2 b1+2,1+2,qcf2?
      also what's wrong with getting more wall travel or doing one knk cancel?
      I think it's important to have flexible combos, why do that route if you're close to a wall for example?
      Also I just wanted to showcase that you can be creative if you want and not miss out on a lot of damage, all these combos are within a range of like 5 damage.
      It's okay to always do the same combo for simplicity sake, but there's a reason good players adjust not only their post, but pre screw routes depending on different factors like distance from the wall. At some point you'll miss a wall conversion and pick up a second route to adjust.

    • @paradiseb5950
      @paradiseb5950 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@tehkenfightergames4545 that combo doesn’t do as much dmg. I wasn’t trying to say other routes were bad i was just saying if someone is a beginner it’s better to do the easiest and most damaging combo leo has. Later on it’s good to learn all the other stuff.

  • @dronnovik95
    @dronnovik95 10 месяцев назад +1

    Lol, intro is so funny. Like, dude do "bad combo" with late bound and wallcary potential for 67 dmg. Proceeds with "good combo" without wallcarry potential at all for the same 67. Not saying video is bad, just not the best way to show a contrast here.
    BTW, I enjoy more b1, 1+2 into f4 and onwards. Sometimes into iws3 if i feel fiesty
