Rich was the very first person in the fitness industry I ever watched! Literally the second video I ever watched on RUclips was rich back in his Mutant days!! He was always honest and didn't fuck around! Plus the fact that he was only three years older than me! He inspired me, he helped motivate me to get off my fat arse and go to the gym! In essence he helped save my life cause I was eating myself into an early grave thanks to PTSD! Regardless of what he did or did not take the guy had a workout ethic that was insane and he was honest about that too. He told you straight up that change meant pain and it does!!

Man Rich's passing has already left a massive void in the bodybuilding community and has really just been such a shock to the system. Rich was the first bodybuilder I began watching when I first started going to the gym and for that reason alone he'll hold a sentimental place in my mind and I'm sure I'm not on my own in that respect. You'll be missed Rich.
