@@alansmith2101 I'm seriously considering going this year, we were looking at maybe something in mainland Europe Slayer's reunion is pushing me towards this instead and the wife is up for it too as Breaking Benjamin and Falling in reverse never play the UK. How does it compare to Download or Slam dunk in the UK? Card/cash, atmosphere, space, (download 2023 was impossible) and most important for a fifer the cost of beer?
It’s no where as big as down load 6 stages all are 2by2 side by side 3 location. Not as much walking. No wrestling, or knight fight stuff. Ton of crowd surfers. No amusement rides. Hotels with in walking distance
@@dotsadventures2020 download have cut a lot of the less profitable sideshows, wrestling and knights have all gone, funfair stuff still around but overpriced. Less walking sounds great, that's the worst thing about download, even worse than the weather, and the side by side stages sounds great as it means less clashes to worry about. Now just got to find the money to do this 😎
Weezer was the best that day. Stuck around for only two FF songs. L7 had a good set. Rancid was tight. During the L7 set, the guy in front of you holding his phone filming is me. I have the whole set on the channel
