    📜 Ingredients for 100 nuts:
    350g (12 oz) all-purpose flour
    180g (6.3 oz) powdered sugar
    250g (8.8 oz) butter
    120g (4.2 oz) walnuts
    20g (0.7 oz) cocoa powder
    1 lemon
    Chocolate filling:
    100g (3.5 oz) chocolate
    80g (2.8 oz) butter
    40g (1.4 oz) sugar
    100ml (3.5 fl oz) heavy cream
    Crush the walnuts in a mortar.
    Mix together flour, powdered sugar, butter, cocoa powder, walnuts and grated lemon zest. Knead to a firm dough.
    Cover it or wrap it in a cling film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    Melt the chocolate over bain-marie and whisk together with heavy cream, butter and sugar. Let cool.
    Form small balls from the dough and place them on a baking form. Spread each ball to cover the nut shape.
    Transfer to an oven preheated to 200°C/400°F. Bake for 5-10 minutes until dark brown.
    After removed from the oven, make a small hole in the center of each nut. Let cool for a few minutes.
    Stuff each pair of nuts with the chocolate filling and let rest in the fridge for at least 2 days.
