I love you Kalani, so this is not hate but I just needed to say this considering how young and impressionable your audience is:
Juice cleanses are not safe or healthy! Going on a juice cleanse should not be a goal! If you have a healthy diet and your exercise, your body is self detoxifying. Please talk to your doctor before going on a "cleanse". Words like cleanse and detox are buzz words that companies use to create an image of health but doctors and researchers have said many time that while there is no harm in drinking one of these during your regular day, actual cleanses are not a good idea. Please do research and talk to you doctor before making videos like this that promote crash diets, pseudo-health fad, and the like.

Kalani, if you want to do a real juice cleanse, you should make your own juices and follow Joe Cross's Reboot With Joe. His juice recipes do not suck. They are really good, actually, and they don't contain sweeteners like agave nectar. When you do a cleanse you are supposed to be cleansing your body of things like that. Also, it is very hard to jump right into a cleanse without a few days of prepping first, so of course you are going to be starving because during the first 72 hours, your body is detoxing from sugar, caffeine, additives and all the bad stuff.
