If I remember correctly, Yesterday Dopant was trying to fool Shotaro into attacking the clay doll or taboo dopant(don’t remember which) so she had him act like a fool before getting him to fight and seeming fight her with the intention of getting him in a specific location so that the next day she can say it’s yesterday time and make him yesterday all over the world which involves him fighting(even though there’s no enemy this time) just so he could end up accidentally attacking her target in a specific location.

Decade Complete 21 was only a letdown because of its looks and (in-universe) Tsukasa had been grievously injured. Edit: that and Swartz still had half his powers.

That would mean that if Neo Decade had a Violent Emotion equivalent, he would have access to everything up until this point because it is based on what cards he can use.
