Something I was rlly hoping you would start doing is uploading your builds twice but one is only the build and the second one is furnished. It’s only bc you make your interior so intricate and detailed that my computer won’t load it half the time 😭
I thought when you download off the gallery you can choose between Furnished and Unfurnished?
@@madiii748That is an option, but sometimes the game will also delete things like landscaping or debug items.

The furnishing of the first house fit the story so well
Just really loved this one! You're detailed stories of the people that live there and how the interior decorations show this, is just so engaging I immediately feel like downloading and playing these exact scenarios! I imagine it really inspires you when you build, to have these backstories - I always make a sim first, myself, and then I build according to who she is - unfortunately; not quite as brilliant as you - but I am learning from watching your videos! Love that the houses are small, makes it more realistic for me. I don’t think the cars make sense in that lot so glad they’re not there, because of the stairs. But I love it all the same. Feels similar to what I grew up around.

Pro tip, if you use the immaculate shelf from base game and size it up once, you can place it over the washer and dryer. I play on ps4 and this works great for that “under the counter” look.
This is a great way to give the Scotts a lovely place to live whilst freeing up a lot to be used!

the thing about the dog and water bottles is so true... got a 2 year old lab who was obsessed with butter/yogurt/cream cheese tubs. i mean OBSESSED. so noisy too but he's still so cute

Cul-de-sacs are very common in the US as well; I live on one myself! They usually are round at the end. So, it is like a row of houses down the street with a semicircle of houses at the end of it.

My dog absolutely loved chewing on a water bottle when he was younger. He’s 8.5 years old now but I think he spent the first 3 years of his life obsessed with water bottles. I think they just like the noises they make when they bite down on them 😂

in reference to about 40 minutes in, my labrador is exactly the same. she practically begs us to give her empty bottles we have, and we just let her chew them every now and then, it satisfies her for a good hour or two until she gets bored and moves onto something else. mind you, she has so many toys to play with, and she always does play with them, but give her a bottle and she's over the moon
My French Bulldog is exactly the same she has loads of toys but, prefers to play with a plastic bottle 😅

Hey! Just wanted to say love the build! You're amazing! Also, I had the same thing going on. I got sick and my ears were feeling plugged. like I'd been swimming or i was on a plane. It lasted for a while even after I was better.
You’ve inspired me to build a cul-de-sac! I really enjoyed seeing all the thoughtful details you added to these houses!! I’ve noticed (in this build and your previous videos) that you place multiple pink drink bottles on shelves and other surfaces as you’re decorating, and I’m trying to figure out what this does.
Also just wanted to add that I often use the cast iron wood burner inside the fireplace mantelpiece, and it works even without placing one of the objects in the basement/elevating w tool mod.
The reason she places the pink bottles down first on surfaces is bc a lot of surfaces auto click items into place so when she places the pink bottles down into all the auto click spaces, she’s able to place stuff down freely :) hope I explained that well enough

@jessicapie I would love to see you do an American style cul-de-sac on the 64 X 64 lot in Brindleton Bay with houses having their own garages and/or basements and gardens--(maybe some homes are newer, some are older), and a community pool or park at the end of the lot. But the idyllic family neighborhood is full of scandal, dark secrets and lies along the lines of the television show Desperate Housewives. Your storytelling ability in your videos is unmatched, and I can't wait to see what you would do with this premise!! I love your videos 😊

My dog actually also loves waterbottles, she is starting to get a bit older (3 years, but she's a rottweiler so she's getting old already) but waterbottles and plushies are the 2 things she'll still play enthousiastically with

It would be great if you upload the build twice, one without anything but the main structure for those who only have base game and not all the packs like you, and the second fully furnished of course. Your builds are so good, I sometimes just follow along and rebuild yours to then furnish it myself, but it’s so complicated sometimes 😅 I think some people would like that as well.

Hiyaa! Love the video❤ i noticed at 19:35 you mentioned about not being able to put the washing machines in the kitchen. I learned this a little while ago and dont know if you knew about it, you can put a dish washer in the counter and shrink it all the way down making it a empty space under the counter if that makes any sense, then you can put the washing machine under it (sorry if my grammer and sentence structure is a bit confusing 😭)
I wanted to post a comment cause I’ve been watching your videos for a while. Great content when I’m stuck breastfeeding the baby on the couch. Love it. But I was playing testing other day and my sim could not use this object. And it was the wall decorations that were in the way. If I hadn’t watched your video it would have taken me far longer to figure this out. So, THANK YOU! 🙏

I KNOW HOW TO DO UNDERCOUNTER LAUNDRY.
I hope you see this. I just tested an under the cabinet washer and it worked for me.
Place cabinet.
Place dishwasher.
Size dishwasher down so it’s as small as you can with bracket keys.
Size the washer down with the tool mod until it stops clipping through the counter.
hold alt to move the washer into place.
They will cook on the counter and do laundry. They will occasionally have to reroute because they try to use the dishwasher.
I’ve been using this since I got laundry day and it’s pretty rare that they try to use the dishwasher, but now that I’ve said that they’ll likely only try to use that dishwasher from now on. 😂
I usually clutter the top with stuff so I couldn’t remember if they would cook on it or not. Had to test.

Hello Jess! Ive noticed in your builds that you use the tool mod and in some way copy the same object so you dont have to resize everyone of them individually, by this i mean when you already have a object at the ground and want 5 more of them. I hope you understand what i mean😅 You did it at 6:10
I actually know this one. With the TOOL window open, and the object in question highlighted, hold down Shift + Alt then click open / empty space to create a duplicate.
Sims should do a British expansion pack or stuff pack
I would love to use this but have a problem with more than one household living in a lot like this. And I don’t want to buy the for rent pack. Any suggestions how I can use it for more than one household and not a sim going to the wrong house constantly? Thank you.

It's kind of weird to have cars and a garage on a lot that's mainly accessible by stairs though. I think the park idea works much better.
