I used this cool little thing called Undertale Mod Tool, and basically, it let's you edit Undertale's (or Deltarune's, or and game made in Game Maker Studio's) code. Basically all I did was take the green screen of Skitzy, put it in a video editing software, Chroma Key it and put a solid color behind it, put a Black and White filter on Skitzy, export it, put both it and Asriels sprite sheet, which I exported from Undertale Mod Tool, in pixlr, (a photo editing tool,) removed basically all of Asriel's sprites, put Skitzy in, and re-import it back into Undertale Mod Tool, and change the pointers and bounding box so that what would normally be Asriel's torso is now Skitzy. (In hindsight though, I probably should had it replace his head since then I could have different expressions.) All that was left then was to change the music and edit some dialogue, and it was done.
