Great interview, thanks! I was there in December 88 and can confirm it was stupid hot that weekend. We had tickets for the concrete terraces and had to stand as you couldn't sit on them. Great memories.
For me it's a shame that the Tunderdome is no longer being used. If the investment in to Calder, or in to Lang Lang, it would be great. Also if an oval, maybe with an infield circuit, within 15 or 20 minutes drive from ACT for motorsports fans for Camberra and that part of NSW. It would be awesome.
