Zach and the parents are both creeps. Zach, for wanting to marry Tracy even though he's married to her sister. And the parents for thinking that they could offer Tracy to Zach on a silver platter just because they thought that Tracy should be married first since she's the oldest child.
Wonda should sue her so called parnets alone with Zach, and she should have said'I don't have exes, I have a Y, as in Why In The Hell did I or my sister would date, let alone marry You!?.'
What I wondered is why his parents got involved in any of it. And even though they had only met once, at his wedding, he thought that Tracy would go out with him, say yes, and then jump into bed together? Crazy!
Holy crap!! I've never seen anyone spell Wonda this way except for my Grandmother, and that was a misspelling from the City Hall after the records bldg burned down in Georgia, back in the VERY EARLY 1900's!!

Alternative ending: After Tracy cuts her parents off, they attempt to ask Zach for help only to find out that not only was their least favourite daughter the REAL high income earner and not Zach, but he also quit his job out of embarrassment for his divorce. A huge fight insure which results in the police being called Days later after, the debt ridden parents attempts to call Wonda to make her their new favourite daughter but finds out that she changed numbers, they ended up selling their house and had to work in their old age to pay off their remaining debts. They rented a small apartment on the same floor as Zach which cause another fight and the police had to be called..........again.
Just goes to show you (even though this is a fictional story) that you should never assume you know your adult children, especially if you don't speak or see them very often, you know what they want you to know. What's scary are that there are delusional people out there like Zach and her parents who really treat people like this, like they are just commodities for them to play with.

Zach wanted to trade in Wonda, who in his mind was probably high mileage, for Tracy, who was a newer model with no miles on the odometer. Why does it always end in part time jobs, a tiny apartment and barely making ends meet? Even if that is what the ex deserves its really not as inevitable as the writes make it. If the ex had a decent job and had to resign, why would they not simply get another decent job, and work back into a reasonable living situation? Use more imagination, this is the most formulaic ending! I have heard it more then a few times over the last few months.

Yes, I agree with the first reply. I read the text messages instead of listening. It is clear from the messages that Tracy missed the meeting of the families dinner because she had to work. But she did attend the wedding and noticed conversations between Zach, her dad, and Zach's dad going on. It seemed suspicious to her. Smart woman, Tracy!
