- Lake Bunyonyi is the Most Beautiful lake in Africa and its located in south western uganda, about 450kms from kampala in Kabale district. Lake bunyonyi is the second deepest Lake in Africa.
One of the best places to visit in Uganda. Lake Bunyonyi is popular for its green and lush terraced hills that are punctuated with a plethora of over 200 birds.

I almost drowned in this lake. will never forget. had gone to a study tour in Rwanda and we had to take a debrief. We made a stop over there and thats when it all happened. its very beautiful though

I didn't know about the purnishment Island eeeh some of our African traditions were so cruel ..imagine if a girl was raped got pregnant and then thrown on that Island to die it's like adding salt to injury am glad we have moved on and dropped some of these barbaric Practises..if it was me in that island ooh myy I don't even want to think about it coz it's sad really sad
