With the release of the new re8 dlc and the upcoming re4 remake, this tier list was very required.

I was one of the people who was very excited and hopeful for the RE3 remake because of the remake of 2. Pretty much thought it was a given that Nemesis would behave like Mr. X in that, constantly roaming around and actively hunting you. That was the first big letdown, when I realize he was completely scripted, and then the disappointments just kept piling up.
Edit: And the real funny thing about the Revelations games is they were supposed to be the connection that explains the massive jump between the ending of Code Veronica's story and RE5's story, essentially how things got to that point and fill in other plot holes and fix contradicitons in 5 to the rest of the series. But then the devs apparently just forgot that was the point and the story of Rev 1 was completely irrelevant and Rev 2 just went bugnuts insane.
The mods kill me everytime. It’s so funny to expect some characters then BAMM Dante or Wesker

Nothing in Resident Evil history frightened me more than the mutated baby from "Village." You're in a dark cramped basement and you can't access your weapons and you have to memorize where the hiding spots are and if it even touches you, you're baby food. It plays out a lot like the Sherry segment of the R E 2 remake. And I don't know what I hated more, the Sherry arc or Ada's.
When you were talking about R E Village, I believe I hear music from Castlevania SOTN.
Yeah the baby house went full psychological horror and it is absolutely my favorite part of the game for that, the only part of the series to actually rattle me besides the bug lady in RE 7, but that’s just cuz flies freak me out.
The whole thing with Ethan feels different when being a father/uncle.

Absolutely no clue how you placed Revelations 2 and 8 so high, Revelations 2 feels like a Chinese mobile knockoff, and 8 feels as watered down as ordering a shot at a strip club

Rev 2 softlock on final stage can be fix with a little bit of research. Lock game to 30fps on setting and restart game. This bug only acure when you die or reload on final boss stage and nerver patch. Even some basic feature like reset inventory on newgame is missing for some reason.

EDIT2: You've to mash dpad when grabbed by Nemesis. The grab only kills when low hp iirc so just heal
The reason nemesis had no rocket launcher during the clock tower fight is because you didn’t jump out of the window of the train when given the choice. If you jump out the window you will enter the clock tower from the side and find freeze rounds which are insanely effective against Nemesis during the battle which on my first play through of the game helped me beat him on my first try. Also if you don’t use the brakes but instead jump out the window, Carlos won’t help you in the fight with nemesis and thus won’t be able to destroy his rocket launcher

a little late but nemesis has 2 grab attacks the first one will never kill you, but will deal more damage if you dont smash buttons, the second one he only does if you are low on hp and that will always kill you

Since you clearly didn’t watch the first couple minutes i will explain to you again.
The RE backlog is not ranked alongside the main games mostly due to the fact that some of them cannot compare to the numbered entries. The reason Hapygorious added the RE backlog was so we could compensate for the lack of games we added after we realized how much of a tall order ranking these games were. Especially in the style we wanted to present them in.
