"Always tired" is right. At the end of the day I crash. I have to lie down before making dinner. I can't have caffeine due to bladder pain. 🙈 Thanks for the video 🤍
Fatigue is definitely my thing. I get sleep but I’m just always worn out. It’s not like I need to nap or sleep more bc honestly I’m not a big napper (I wish I was, one day I’ll pride myself in the amount of cat naps I take), but I do like to close my eyes every now and then and fall asleep for a second if I can. I live for coffee. I drank it while pregnant with my first two kiddos and it’s basically my middle name. I also don’t drink enough water and I’m really working on that. I know it’s so vital for my body so I’m really trying to get to a good place with my consumption of water. The few days after my AF I feel so good, then as ovulation comes around, the fatigue really kills me up until my next flow. So i basically get 5-7 days of energy where I feel human and I’m most productive. I’m sure it’s not just my endometriosis but every woman/mom can feel this way so I definitely don’t feel like I’m worse off than anyone by far. Ty for the vid!! 💜💐
I have just been diagnosed with endometriosis level 3-4 this week. The tiredness and lack of energy has annoyed me for many years. I did have a iron infusion which helped a little bit. I kind of feel relieved that I have a answer.
I’ve been fatigued since I was 16, no sleep is ever enough…. Now as a mom, I just push through everyday. Honestly I’d be tired whether I wake up at 8AM or 3PM so it doesn’t even matter 🤪 I used to literally sleep the day away in my early 20s…. That much sleep wasn’t good either.
