DEATHROW - 2 songs live 1988 + Interview - Neudi´s old TV-Show "Heavy Metal Battle"

- This feature was in one of my TV-Shows called "Heavy Metal Battle" in January 1988. I remember filming this DEATHROW show in Speyer when they played with Poison Asp (a local band, see the banner in the back). I am not sure but there might have been Coroner and Sodom on the list too. Unfortunately the VHS didn´t age very well and the stage was kinda dark too (there are some moments in which you can see the stage and everything really well). Also you can get an idea about the thrash-scene in Germany with all those fans on stage (second song after the interview) and the stagedivers.

Ultrakiller, tausend Dank! Endlich kann man wirklich sehen und hören, warum fast jeder der sie in den 80ern erlebt hat der Meinung ist, dass Deathrow die mit Abstand beste Liveband in Deutschland waren. Atemberaubende Aufnahmen, Killer!
Ich finde ja, dass man bei der Band merkt, wie sie sich entwickelt haben. Das Debüt lebt vom verwaschenen, nicht klaren Sound, denn die Band war einfach spielerisch noch sehr rumpelig.. Zwei Platten weiter machte man schon (fast) Prog-Thrash :)
